Cancer Overview

Cancer is a group of diseases involving abnormal cell growth with the potential to invade or spread to other parts of the body.[2][8] These contrast with benign tumors, which do not spread.[8] Possible signs and symptoms include a lump, abnormal bleeding, prolonged cough, unexplained weight loss, and a change in bowel movements.[1] While these symptoms may indicate cancer, they can also have other causes.[1] Over ...

Xeloda for breast cancer

As a breast cancer patient, I would like information on Xeloda before administration. ## Xeloda (Capecitabine) is used in combination with other medications to treat breast cancer that has come back after treatment with other medications. It is also used alone to treat breast cancer that has not improved after treatment with other medications. Capecitabine is also used to treat colon or rectal cancer (cancer that begins in the large intestine) that has gotten worse or spread to other parts of the body. It is also used to prevent colon cancer from spreading in people who have had surgery to remove the tumor. Capecitabine is in a class of medications called antimetabolites. It works by stopping or slowing the growth of cancer cells. Capecitabine comes as a tablet to take by mouth. It is u...

h 86 cancer cure information

What is h-86 and how can you get it? ## Hi Ollie, H-86 is actually just another name for (Avemar) fermented wheat germ extract, that a company by the name of HSI (Health Sciences Institute) came up with to brand it differently. According to a number of related threads on here, that particular company is thought to be a scam and in my own honest opinion upon investigation of those claims, should be avoided. However, there are plenty other retailers/distributors of "Avemar" and "fermented wheat germ extract", that you can find by simply searching for those keywords online. American BioScience is one manufacturer of brand name Avemar/Avé Ultra who lists their products on Amazon. Hope this helps! ## Graviola Benefits* · 100% Pure, all-natural product · Contain...

Efudex with Dovonex

Just letting everyone know that I just did the newest Efudex treatment protocol which requires mixing 50% Efudex with 50% Dovonex (vitamin D) and it was very fast and easy. Four days of application of the combo "lit up" my face and 7 days later my face and scalp were virtually back to normal. Minimal pain, like a sunburn, and no scabbing, pus, etc. I was really scared to do the longer treatment after reading blogs and looking at pictures, but the new treatment is a piece of cake. Plus, according to related articles, it actually works better. A real win-win! "SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ. – A four-day topical combination regimen of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) and calcipotriene removed almost 90% of facial actinic keratoses – significantly more than with 5-FU monotherapy, in a rando...

Fermented Wheat Germ for Cancer H86

I found the way for you to make your own fermented wheat germ. I took it in the treatment of my own stage IV rectal cancer and I'm still alive 3 years later. They gave me 7% chance to live 6 to 18 months. Black currant is called "grosellas negras ó casis" in Spanish. They are posted on Google España. The way to ferment "germen de trigo", brotes de trigo, is to mix it with bakers yeast, the same one that is used to make bread, for 18-24 hours. For more information you can go to Google English and search "how to prepare fermented wheat germ" and you'll get the answer, here's the site: poolishwheatgermbread - the Denver Naturopathic Clinic ## Hi Matasanos, Thanks a lot for taking the time to share this info. I'm sure it'll be a blessing...

Femara/multiple other drugs/reactions

My mother is a cancer survivor and currently taking Femara. She also takes Meprobamate, Simvastatin, Fluticasone Propionate, Plavix, Omeprazole, Coreg, Digoxin, Zestril, Zyrtec and Aleve. I am shocked at how many drugs being prescribed by several different doctors. How can I makes sense of all of this with so many doctors involved. Are there any reactions I should be concerned with. Thank you. ## I am also a cancer survivor. Your mother needs to get clean of all these meds unless she has high blood presure. She is doing more harm then good. She needs to detox, eat well and step aside from all these advertised drugs. ## No one should stop any prescribed medication, without their doctor's approval. Doings so risks experiencing serious, and possibly fatal, physical harm. LaurieAnn, are...

Megestrol Ac 40mg and weight gain.

Learn more: Are there any other questions or comments? ## Yes. My doc prescribed it to me because I told her I hardly ever had an appetite. I am 5' 11" and weighed 127. can i reduce efudex application from twice a day to once

I’m in week 4 of a prescribed 5 week treatment on my chest with Efudex . My skin has all the worst symptoms described in blogs. I felt that my skin was too raw to handle the cream twice a day. I have decided to only apply Efudex once a day for the rest of the treatment (12 days). Will this be a problem for my outcome? ## It would be best to speak with your doctor, before making any changes to your usage regimen. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including skin burning, soreness, hyperpigmentation, photosensitivity, and scarring. Which ones are you experiencing? ## All of them. I had to sleep with a cold pack on the treated skin. Now 1 week after my last application (6 weeks total) Less pain and weeping but possibly weeks away to get back to normal. I have learned ...
