Cometriq Overview

Cabozantinib, sold under the brand-name Cabometyx and Cometriq, is a medication used to treat medullary thyroid cancer and a second line treatment for renal cell carcinoma among others. It is a small molecule inhibitor of the tyrosine kinases c-Met and VEGFR2, and also inhibits AXL and RET. It was discovered and developed by Exelixis Inc. Hello, I need to be able to get cometriq for a cousin with Medullary Thyroid Cancer in Argentina. The only problem is that i need it from a licenced place that will accept a prescription from an Argentinian doctor. please let me know what are my best options.
