Fulvestrant and Belviqside

I have stage IV breast cancer. After being unable to control cancer with different endocrine therapy my oncologist put me on Fulvestrant. The main problem that I have had is joint pain that has been made worse because of history of arithis. I have gained a considerable amount of weight (25 lb) which has made joint pain worse. My general practitioner put me on Belviq to help lose some weight. I am unsure if I should take it even though she said it wouldn't interfere with Fulvertrant. In the past my oncologist wouldn't discuss any weight control options even though he is aware of joint pain. His solution was to eat less and exercise more. I exercise 3 times a week in therapeutic pool and eat healthy. I really don't want to up pain medication. I believe weight loss would help j...
