Alemtuzumab, sold under the brand names Campath and Lemtrada among others, is a medication used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and multiple sclerosis.[1] In CLL, it has been used as both a first line and second line treatment.[1] In MS it is generally only recommended if other treatments have not worked.[1] It is given by injection into a vein.[1] It is a monoclonal antibody that binds to CD52, a protein present on t...
