Rucaparib (brand name Rubraca /rubrk/ roo-BRAH-k) is a PARP inhibitor used as an anti-cancer agent. Rucaparib is a first-in-class pharmaceutical drug targeting the DNA repair enzyme poly-ADP ribose polymerase-1 (PARP-1).
