Triptorelin, sold under the brand names Decapeptyl and Gonapeptyl among others, is a medication that acts as an agonist analog of Gonadotropin-releasing hormone, thus reversibly repressing of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)[1][2].
