Macrobid and longterm heart palpitations

I was prescribed Macrobid 4 times a day for 14 days back in June 2015. After 10 days my heart was racing , I had a headache so bad it felt like my brain was swelling. After reading some blogs and seeing what other folks were experiencing I quit taking them on day 10. I am still having severe palpitations 3 months later and feeling my heart skipping beats. Until the Macrobid I have never had this happen. I recently was put on a 24 hour heart monitor and it only worked for 14 hours before it errored. When they downloaded the recording it showed I had over 5000 incidents in the 14 hours. I'm scheduled now for an echo cardiac ultrasound in 3 days and my physician wants to put me on a low dose beta blocker. I feel nervous about the beta-blocker so am waiting til the ultrasound. I was given a medium sized white pill with AMG on one side and YH on the other for a dental problem. What is it ## Was given this in South Korea after I said my stomach hurt taking the antibiotics for implant surgery. Can I take Doxycycline with Methadone?

Hi I'm on 118 mg of methadone and I was just prescribed 100 mg of doxycycline. Since I've started taking this combination I have been experiencing withdrawal symptoms. About 30 minutes after I take my antibiotic I start getting leg cramps, sneezed and about a hour after i take it I'm on the toilet with the diarrhea. I don't know if its an effect of taking both or just the antibiotic ## Hello Dee, According to the NIH drug interaction checker there should be no issue with taking these two medications together. I have 6 levofloxacin 500 mg tablets with an expiration date of 12-23-13. Cephalexin Cap 500 Mg Side Effects Hiccups

My husband has been taking this med for a virus. He will eat something small before taking b/c it upset his stomach. Shortly after taking he will get hiccups that will last for awhile. Can this med cause this and should he keep taking? ## First of all, Cephalexin is an antibiotic, so it is only effective against infections, it will not do anything for a virus, since it's not an antiviral medication. I filled a mail order prescription for bactrim and when i received it, it said becotrim 960. Is this the same? The pills came from india / combitic global caplet pvt ltd. ## Bactrim is sold in the U.S. as an antibiotic for bacterial infections. I researched and looked for becotrim 960. I'm unable to find anything about the becotrim. You said it came from India. The United States do import medications because we do have manufacturing plants in countries like India. I have taken amoxicilina many times during my life; bought in the US and in Honduras. This last week I got a bottle of 60 capsulas while in Cozumel, to complete my antibiotic treatment (I lost the previous amoxi I was taking).
