Skin Infection

I have a female chow who is 9 yrs old, and has recently (8 months) contracted an skin infection. The vet here has place her on Antrobe and swears by the drug, the only thing is she (dog) is getting worse and and losing her hair. Any suggestions or similar questions. ## Here are possible side effects for Antirobe ... Common Antirobe Side Effects Nausea, vomiting, or itching in the rectal/genital area. None of the above common side effects require immediate attention. If you experience them for a few days, talk to your physician about more advice. Do not try to treat them on your own.
