I have to take my meds every 12 hours. I took my first dose at 3pm. When do I take the next? ## The next dose should be taken at 3am, according to FDA guidelines. Thus, if you don't wish to be up at 3am, you may want to change your dosing schedule. What medication are you taking? Knowing this would enable me to provider with more precise information. ## 3 am and then the next day at 3 pm and so on. ## I'm taking a antibiotic for my sinus infection. Sometimes, the Dr will change the antibiotic 2 a different one if the one you're on isn't clearing the infection up in a feasible amount of time. Also, some infections take longer 2 heal than others.
