My Doctor put me on 5 8mg pills a day. Just wondering what everybody is taking. Thanks ## You should follow your doctor's instructions, rather than go by what other people are taking. Suboxone is usually started at a certain amount, depending on the addiction being treated, what drugs were involved and how much, then the amount is adjusted once you see how well it is helping. ## I'm not trying to take more. I was just wondering what other people were prescribed and to see if I had a normal dosage. Just wondering? ## I take one 8 mg sub every 12 hours. two a day.

I have been on oxycontin 15mg twice a day for a year now. Today I think I may have taken my second dose twice. I'm super anxious. Will I be ok? ## Hello, Celina! How are you? Did you experience any adverse effects? If you already tolerant to narcotics, then it is most likely that you wouldn't experience much more than a worsening of the regular side effects, such as more nausea, dizziness and drowsiness. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ## Thank you. I thankfully did fine. I just have to be extra careful. I have never taken more than prescribed so I was very anxious. Thank you for checking in.

How are you? I'm very sorry about what you're going through. However, your doctor no longer has a choice in the matter. Due to new regulations that were put in place last year, there are limits on how much of anything they can prescribe for you. The only exceptions are for those suffering...

I take 100 mg of Losartan but BP is still 140/100. I did increase to 150mg myself. Is this ok. It has seemed to decrease my BP to 130/ 75. ## Hello, Tommie! How are you? The maximum daily dosage is 100mgs and you really shouldn't change the dosage yourself. How long were you taking the 100mg dosage? It can take 3 to 6 weeks for this medication to reach its full efficacy level in your body to see how much it will lower your blood pressure. If you were taking it longer than that, then it may be that it's just not the right medication for you. Have you consulted your doctor? ## I just had an appointment w/ a med doc 3rd of Jan. BP was high but wants to watch it till next appointment in May. Thanks for responding back to my question.

just try to get a handle on percocet compared to diluadid percocet i have 10 trs experience with dilaudid none. thanks, noble ## The Hydromorphone in the Dilaudid is actually stronger than the Oxycodone in the Percocet and a general equivalent daily dose of it would be approximately 22.5mgs, which would be divided up in several doses, throughout the day. Since it is also a narcotic, the side effects are very similar and may include: nausea, dizziness, constipation and headache. Learn more: Is there anything else I can help with?

I've been on 60 mg daily of Baclofen for a few years, now, and every time I take doses too close together or take a little more than prescribed to help me sleep or with the pain, it gives me horrendous side effects. I get dizzy, it's hard to walk, I twitch a lot, and have a burning feeling in my skin. It doesn’t happen often but when it does, it’s awful and it lasts for the whole next day. I had to miss work today and I really needed those hours. You'd think I would have learned by now, ugh. So my question is, is there a way to speed up Baclofen getting out of my system? Or do I just have to wait for my body to eliminate it? Thanks! ## Not really, while exercise and increased fluid intake may help, the only thing that is really guaranteed to work is time. (NDC 01...

If possible coupons for norcos would be great. I get scripts for them always for sever back pain. Thank you ## Hello, Tammy! How are you? I'm sorry, but there are currently no programs available for this medication, since it is available as a generic. Generics are cheaper by their very nature. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. However, this website does have an RX discount card that you can print which might save you some money. It is free to sign up for, you just enter your name and email, then print the card. You can find the link on the page, usually in the right hand column. Is there anything else I can help with?

My 9 year old must drink Deselex. How many ml may be given? ## Hello, Erika! How is your child? This medication is listed as containing the active ingredient Desloratadine, which is an antihistamine that's used to treat allergy symptoms. The FDA lists the typical side effects of antihistamines as possibly including dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth. What is the dosage? I'm sorry, but I need more information to be able to help you. Can you please post back? Thank you!

I need 180 norco 10/325 a month to take for pain. How much does it cost to fill this prescription? ## I think the price depends on where you live? I saw one person got them for 33 cents. My Insurance covers mine. But there is a $1 charge on all the medication so $8. But the Pharmacist is so good that I would pay $5 prescription. The year I did hormone treatment for IVF I am male, it was over $35,000 thank goodness for insurance. ## Hi Regina, I think Jose is right about the price varying based on location. Not only that but the quality/presence of an insurance plan, the use of pharmacy coupons, patient assistance programs, etc, can all make a significant (night and day) difference in how much you pay. That said, if you are looking to save money and don't have insurance, MedsChat off...

I would like to know exactly how much more mg methadone has compared to morphine.Thank you! ## Hello, Mark! How are you? There is no direct conversion, it can vary depending on what dosage of Morphine was being taken and the individuals tolerance to opiates. For example, where it would start at would be a 2mg Morphine to 1mg Methadone ratio, for someone that was taking less than 30mgs of Morphine, but it can go as high as a 20 to 1 ratio, is someone were taking much higher doses. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Should I give him the other half and have it dissolve under his tongue this time or should I only give him 1/4 to dissolve or do I not give him anymore yet. ## There is no harm in swallowing it, it just takes a little longer to start working that way than it does if you allow it to dissolve under your tongue, so there's nothing to worry about.
