As long as you keep it within a few hours, you'll be okay. The problem really arises when there's a lapse of 24 hours or more and you completely miss taking one or more tablets. But if you take one a 7 one day, then at 8 the next day, that's fine. It doesn't have to be exactly 24 hours on the dot.
