White Round Pill With A Number 3 On One Side And M on the other side ## Acetetophomin 300 mg + codeine 30 mg. ## what does a round white pill with an M on one side and 30 on the other side mean? ## Hello, The m on the pill is an imprint which is an identifier and I would love to help you so I just need to know one detail. There are two different pills that I found with an M and a 3, but one of them has a square around the M and the other one has just an M and no box. These pills are completely different so I just need to know which one you have so I can provide you with some additional information. ## The M is probably the manufacturer, like Mallinkroft. (Sp?) ## The one that I found has a box around the M

codeine phosphate

little white tablrt t ## Can anyone tell me if Codeine Phosphate 30 mg tablets will relieve the pain that a percocet 10/325 will? ## yes..maybe no. We all react differently, to different medications...and have differing situations ( how long taking? ) However, in light of finding this very wonderfully run website...here's my 2cents: Yes, it will, it usually works at a very much lessor effective rate because it has to be metabalized (?) by your liver...into morphine. So, 30 mgs will work compartivly with a percoset 7.5...in my body. I have been in pain management for 26 years...perfect record & results: Intractible tenent chronic pain from a left hip shattered into many pieces...twice, and broken severely twice...the final brake came with a bonus injury! Is Kratom good for pain

I have been on 10 mg oxycodone and codeine #4 for 10 years and now I'm sick of it. I was told kratom is good for pain. Does anyone know if it really works? Pain meds don't work any more and I want off of pain killers. ## I have been looking at kratom forums on the web seeking alternatives to pain pills. I'm getting mixed opinions on it being effective for pain issues. There are online vendors who feature an option of buying a few different strains which you can sample. Most forum users are seeking a way to detox from the pills using kratom to cope with withdrawal symptoms. ## I believe that Kratom is the best pain reliever on the face of the Earth. I have been a Chronic Pain patient for 20 years and have been prescribed Everything Possible for severe pain. Kratom works bette...

Doriden/glutethimide availability

Does anyone know where one could obtain glutethimide or it's brand name Doriden (CIBA Company)? Am in Canada where Doriden was discontinued in late 1980s and I was told Doriden discontinue was international. Perhaps there is now a generic form containing glutethimide available now as I would assume CIBA trademark rights would have by now expired. As the benzodiazapine replacement meds for Doriden are more addictive and dangerous (especially if mixing with alcohol & other drugs) it sure would be great to be able to go back to Doriden or glutethimide which were more effective and safer. A shame that the public was switched over to benzodiazipines (i.e. lorazapam, diazapam) when a better/safer product was available all in the name of profits and economics. Any help out there is mos...

And then if you go down the page there is another list of other combinations of drugs which contain Codeine. What can cause a false positive for codeine?

I take MS Contin and Percocet and Klonopin. My pain management doctor says my last drug test was positive for codeine. How can this happen? I am allergic to codeine and haven't taken any other medications. ## Percocet is *similar* to codeine (oxycodone is a semisynthetic derivative of codeine) but it should not show as codeine on a drug test, but may depending on the method of testing or accuracy. Morphine (MS contin) can potentially metabolize in to codeine so that is my best bet. It IS possible to get a laboratory positive for codeine (and even morphine) from consuming poppy seeds. Source: I work at a drug testing agency and have personally tested this method with my connected laboratory. Poppy seeds contain codeine (the poppy plan is the primary ingredient for every opioid and op...

These pills are GOOD! I just got a prescription from mexico (50mg of codeine). I only took half tho cuz 50mg of codeine is a lot to take at one time. It worked great for several hours. ## Just wanted to post the medication dosing guidelines for Codeine, in case you didn't know: "The usual adult dosage for tablets is 15 mg to 60 mg repeated up to every four hours as needed for pain. The maximum 24 hour dose is 360 mg." "Adult doses of codeine higher than 60 mg fail to give commensurate relief of pain and are associated with an appreciably increased incidence of undesirable side effects." "When the patient no longer requires therapy with codeine sulfate, doses should be tapered gradually to prevent signs and symptoms of withdrawal in the physically dependent patien...

What is codoxol used for?

I have an eye infection. I was given Codoxol, Ranfen and Macropen. What are these medications used for? ## Hi, I have a back pain, neck, shoulders and now my urine is burning. I was given a Codoxol dose to drink. Is this gonna help me? ## Codoxol is listed as containing Codeine, Acetaminophen and Caffeine, so it is used to alleviate pain. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Ranfen is listed as containing the active ingredient Ibuprofen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased ...

Erectile dysfunction caused by medication

Are any of the above drugs likely to be the cause ? ## Hello, Johan! How are you? I'm very sorry about the problem you're experiencing. My best guess would be the Co-Irbewin, most blood pressure/cardiac medications like this are well known for causing ED, as reported by the U.S. FDA, it's due to the way the act on circulation to help the heart or lower blood pressure. Other side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and increased urination. It might be best to ask yo...
