It is white and capsule-shaped (oblong). 4212 is on one side and the letter V is on the other. Methocarbamol is a central muscle relaxant used to treat skeletal muscle spasms. what is the difference between a 30mg blue morphin and a maroon 30mg ## Are there any markings on the tablets you are asking about? I can't provide you with any specific information just based on the colors, since they don't actually mean anything. There are, however, several possibilities. they are roxies and they are good but i will always love the ones with m on em.they all contain 30mg oxycodone. a's, m's,k-9s,224's,but stay away from the new capsules they are packing in pain clinic pharmacies. they are horrible although supposed to be the same .they arent. ## Thank you for the information. Do you remember anything else about it, such as the markings on it? Have you checked with your pharmacy? 48-12 on one side & v the other side 30 mg. ## I was unable to post a picture, but I did verify that 4812 V blue, round and scored pill is Oxycodone 30 mg.
