Percocet and generic APAP / Oxycodone ingredient changes

Have noticed an extreme difference in the effectiveness along with suddenly, after as a legitimate chronic pain patient for 15 years with no problems, horrible side effects, no pain relief as if I’m taking a sugar pill. This has seemingly been done behind our backs. We have a right to know what we are dealing with here. ## Hi. Believe this or not I just had a friend that was going through the same situation, and she has a friend that works in a lab he tested it and that's exactly what it was a sugar pill. She has already taken it to a proper lab. She did get her results a couple weeks ago and has one hell of a court case. She's going to win this big time. I dare them to do this crap. So how many other customers received nothing but sugar? SMH!! ## THANK YOU FOR THIS INFO! ...

oxycodone

what happens if you take percocet and it is expired ## When did it expire? If it is within one year, it is still as potent as if it were still in date. All Rx's usually start losing their effectiveness at a rate of 5-20% each year. But otherwise safe to take expired unless discolored or crumbling. ## Well at least Im not the only one that knows the OP's dont work, and the old OCs were the brand until the end of last year. The old OCs work. I know that Walgreens had the OC's as generic but then was told not to sell them as Generic but sell them as brand. I did fill a perscription with 40 OCs brand and then noticed that they said OC on them. I have called a lot of Walgreens and they don't say much over the phone. I had two percrips filled as brand and saw that they were OC...

percocet vs norco

I'm taking percocet 10/650mg. I have (DDD), (Athritis), and the list goes on. I have a friend on Norco. Can you tell me what the difference is between them and the highest mg the norco comes in? THANK YOU SO MUCH! ## The Percocet is way better then the Norco, and the reason is because Percocet contains Oxycodone and Norco contains Hydrocodone. What im trying to say is Oxycodone is a stronger and longer lasting Opiate then Norco. {Edited for safety} just make sure to watch how much Tylenol/Acetaminophen ur taking, try not to take more 4000 to 5000mgs cause it can damage ur liver. The best Percocet you can get is 10-650 and 10-325 The best Norco you can get is 10-325 or Lorcets which are 10-650 . Hope this helped in anyway at all and fell free to ask me any questions u have about Pers...

Oxycodone 325?

White tablet with the numbers 325 ## Sounds like generic percocet to me! ## Round white pill with N on one side the second side is scored with 325 on top and 5 on bottom ## A round, white tablet with just 325 on it is not any type of opiate, or other controlled substance. It is listed as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic or store brand for Tylenol. Crasht, that one, however, is a generic for Percocet, which contains 5mgs of Oxycodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, headache, and constipation. It is manufactured by Novapharm. ## I need to know whether you can overdose on these tablets?

i am prescribed percocet but took an old morphine pill yesterday have to take a urine test for cocaine and methamphetamines. will I pass

I don't do recreational drugs. will I pass a urine test for them if I have percocet in my system? And does percocet and morphine test the same? I am prescribed percocet but took an old morphine ## why are you asking other people people that you dont even kno if you can pass a drug test or not you tell us can you pass that drug test if you took something it will show up if you have not taking anything then it won't show up grow a brain bra ## That was uncalled for....don't be judgemental the person is only asking from what I can see if both will show up as an opioid? Some people don't know the different classifications. If they did they wouldn't be asking for others help. If you do have that knowledge & want to help educate others then share your knowledge on the ...

Getting Prescriptions From 2 Different Doctors For Pain Meds But There Are Conditions

Well I just really need to know if what I am doing is considered doctor shopping. I fell at at department store and injured my knee. Now I have to go to the doctor the lawyer sent me to. He prescribes pain meds for me but the only thing he can treat is my knee. I started having back problems. My primary care doctor sent me to a different doctor and he also gives me meds. But the pharmacy said they would call the doctors and tell on me. So I went and ahead and told the doctors myself so that it would not look as bad. What do you think will happen to me? The pharmacy refused to give me back my prescription. Can they do that? ## Yes, when you are getting medications from more than one doctor, regardless of the condition, that is the very definition of doctor shopping. Logically, if one doc...

rhodes percocet 10 325

I take the Rhodes 10/325 percocet and they are better than actavis oh that don't help at all. Rhodes and Amneal I agree are weak compared to the old Watson's and Mallinckrodt, and Endocet, even Roxicet. What happened to those that did wonders I don't know. ## Hi Stevo, I think when it comes down to drug efficacy, we not only have to look at the active ingredients/dosages, but just as importantly, the binders and fillers which often change from manufacturer to manufacturer. So what happened to those drugs that did wonders? - Well, from my perspective drug companies probably did add various inert ingredients that somehow affect bioavailability or how well our body absorbs the "active" ingredients that are composed within all the fillers. It's hard to say if there i...

White oblong T134 pill

Is this pill a Percocet 10? Need to know what my niece is taking for her pain. Can't find the identity of this pill anywhere at all. ## Hi Ruby, Is there any chance that the white oblong pill says T194 as opposed to T134? The imprint T194 on a white oblong pill is indicative of Percocet (10/325); and the '9' could possibly be mistaken for a '3' depending on the pill's overall condition. Labeler: Camber Pharmaceuticals NDC: 31722-0194 Size (mm): 14 Inactive Ingredients: -Silicon Dioxide -Crospovidone -Microcrystalline Cellulose -Croscarmellose Sodium -Povidone -Starch, Pregelatinized Corn -Stearic Acid -D&c Yellow No. 10 Hope this helps! ## Yes it is and it's very addictive.

fake percocet 10 325 m523

I just had my script filled and it looks waxy. Is it the right medication? ## ARE U ASKING IF THEY ARE FAKE? OR R U WARNING PEOPLE THAT THERE ARE FAKE ONES THAT LOOKS LIKE THEM? ## Just tryn to warn. It's getting bad, feel like I can't trust anyone and who knows if it is the right med. Tasted like baking soda and soap. But they look identical but kinda had waxiness to outside like maybe hairspray. ## @ruby, I've never seen Percocet tablets with a waxy look to them, but it sounds to me like these counterfeiters are doing anything they can to get one up on their potential victims. The best thing you can do as a preventative measure in my opinion is to continue searching for a doctor who will write you a legitimate prescription (provided that you aren't taking them recreati...

Rhodes Pharm Manufacturer for RP 10/325 Generic for Percocet

Horrible experience with RP 10/325 generic for Percocet 10/325 prescribed by my Pain Mgt Dr. I got the prescription filled at Walmart a month ago. Since that time, I have been in withdrawals, with aching muscles, mostly in my shoulders and wrists, the pain I felt before going on any pain pills over 25 years ago, also the chills and sweating, just as if I were in complete withdrawal. I took the bottle to the pharmacy and told the pharmacist what was happening and he told me he has had no other complaints and couldn't do anything for me...okay, so my husband is now picking up my new monthly prescription at Walgreens, and the manufacturer is Actavis, which I believe is the old Watson and I am praying they will take away the withdrawal feelings. Has anyone else had this issue with the R...

Filling my Percocet prescription in PA

I'm going to Harrisburg on vacation... I have a script from NJ for Percocet. When I fill it, will it show in the NJ PMP? I already found a pharmacy that will fill it out of state, but in PA they don't have a PMP in place yet. So does that mean they won't report it to NJ? PA is not part of the PMP Interconnect that shares info across a national database ## They all share information, now. Be it through a regular datbase, or via other electronic means, it is all recorded, and shared, especially when it involves controlled substances, such as an opiate. The FDA warns that Percocet carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Is there anything I can help with?

Watson is now actavis generic percocet 5/325 what is up with this

I had been taking 5/325 generic Watson percocet for 4 years. Suddenly I get notified by Walgreens which I have insurance that there is no more Watson brand and I was given generic percocet 5/325 by Actavis. It is not the same at all. It has no pain relief for me. I used to break the watsons in half sometimes and never had a funny taste. I just broke one of the actavis white tablets in half and it immediately tasted like salt or alka seltzer? Has anyone had any issues with this drug too. Also, along with it not working right it has made my GI tract and stomach so ill feeling and cramping. This is not right how can they take away a medicine that someone has been on for 4 years without any problems and tell them to suddenly switch. I think my daughter switched out my pills

How can I tell if she gave me back the same RP 10-325 pills that I had? Please help. I’m not felling anything. She said she didn’t take anything but it looks kinda different. The one 10 looks like "10", but the other looks like this "l0". Help me. ## Well, you can Google the way the pill "should" look. But please keep in mind rps SUCK! They are the most ineffective garbage. I've been in pain management for about 10 years so I have tried several different brands and have a pharmacy background. Steer clear of those if possible I spoke with my dr and the pharmacist and both verified that brand has so many fillers. I actually get migraines from that brand because of the amount of fillers they use. Go look up the reviews on Rhoads Pharmaceuticals. But ...
