I had an upper respiratory infection in January since that time I have been suffering from allergic rhinitis. I have had a CT scan that reports all is clear. I do not have deviated septum and my ENT says there is no infection. The most recent drug he has proscribed is Dymista. After about 30 minutes after I have sprayed it into each nostril, a thin mucous begins running down the back of my throat. I spend the next four hours hacking to keep it out of my lungs. right now i am on a coctail of 2400 MG of Gabapentin a day as well i take supuedol right now for my back pain witch is forever... I am on Orlistat 120 mg 3 times a day to lose weight caused by meds. I find I am not eating a lot of fat so I don't understand how it works. ## The idea of Orlistat is to force you to eat less fat. I've been taking lizness for almost 2 or 3 weeks.. But when I take it I do have results like a hour or so after but towards the night time I get bloated and can't go to the restroom and urinating even starts to become hard to do. I am being changed from 50mch every 48 hrs and 40 mg of hydrocodone a day to oxycodone and the doc only gave me 15 mg three times a day ir release and i am hurting bad. I have a feeling this is not even close to what i am use to. What should i do or say to my doc. I am working with the va military docs which are very strict. ## So you were on a Fentanyl patch that you changed every 48 hours and the Hydrocodone and they've now cut you down to 15mgs of Oxycodone 3 times a day? There's really no way this is going to work, you're going from a time release patch of the most potent narcotic available, down to just 45mgs a day of Oxycodone and that's not even taking the additional Hydrocodone into account.
