Does Ardosons contain Ibuprofen?

I want to know because they say not to take ibuprofen with the covid-19 being here in the US. ## No, Ardosons is listed as containing Indomethacin, and Methocarbamol, but the Indomethacin is an NSAID, so it is in the same drug class as the Ibuprofen. Given the lack of information, I'd say its best to be cautious, though there shouldn't be a problem if you don't have the virus. Ardosons typical side effects may include nausea, stomach irriation, increased risk of bleeding, and sedation. Is there anything else I can help with? Remember to stay safe!

Dorvasal

I am looking for some information about this drug. ## Have been given dorvasal but know nothing of contents. does anyone know what is in here? ## I am sorry, I can't find anything listed. Did you spell it correctly? ## My mom has been taking Dorvasal for past 4 years. It was prescribed by a doctor in Mexico. As per him it is not a steroid and it contains DMSO (DiMethyl Sulphoxide) It really helped my mom with her Rheumatoid Arthritis for about 3 years or so; but unfortunately now her pain is back (even worse) and she is showing a lot of other side-effects like dizziness, spinning motion in her head, nausea, mouth ulcers, skin rashes, insomnia etc. We are not sure if they are caused by Dorvasal as she is taking few other medications like Tramadol Hydrochloride (analgesic painkiller) ...

blue/white capsule no markings

I found a zip lock bag with blue and white capsules in it with white powder inside and no kind of markings. ive read other posts about kinds of pills like this and they have said that it is oxycodone. I have never seen no kind of pills like that with no markings on it. HELP ME PLEAASE!! ## No need to panic, they are most likely something that's available over the counter. They are not required to have markings and there are many on the market that don't. That rules them out as being Oxycodone, but they could be any one of a very large number of OTC supplements or medications. The best thing to do would just to properly dispose of them. Does anyone have any idea of what these might be? ## It's not oxycodone, it's vyvanse for adhd.

percocet blue pill alv 196

Does it have less Tylenol than other brands and are they just as strong as other brands? ## Hello, Chazzy! How are you? This tablet is manufactured by Alvogen and they list it as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen/Tylenol and 5mgs of Oxycodone. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I still have several left from the time I had a kidney stone and they worked great for me. Is there anything else I can help with? ## This blue percocet seems to me like it has some type of stuff in it that causes it to gel. Anyone else get that? Also leaves a extra bad taste in my mouth. ## Hi I'm a RN. Pharmaceutical companies started making opi...

Oxycodone 5mg/5ml

I got a prescription for oxycodone 5mg/5ml solution 1800ml total I am confused on how much is actually in the bottle . I understand that 5ml is equal to one percocet 5mg pill but on the bottle on the side of it it only goes up 300ml so if it has a quantity of 1800ml of formula in it how much is actually in a ml, mabye I am confused any info is greatly appreciated I have talk ed to the pharmacy but I am still confused. Thanks ## What did the pharmacist tell you? Maybe we can decipher what he/she told you. ## I believe that if you check you will find that you have a script for 1800 ml ( this would be almost 2 liters ) and the pharmacy has give you 300 ml and you have several refills on that script. ## I agree with what Daren has stated, but only your pharmacy can say for sure. A doctor's opinion on pain medication seeking

No one wants to prescribe controlled substances to people on an ongoing basis because it is wrong!! I am a provider and see people all the time who go from practice to practice with stories trying to get narcotics. Patients need to go to drug rehab, find a psychiatrist, do physical therapy, lose weight, and get a job!! This is no way to live and we do not want to jeopardize our licenses feeding into addiction. I have personally been in three serious car accidents (none were my fault) and have had back surgeries, injections, PT etc. but have NEVER taken controlled substances except for two days after surgery. I have chronic back pain but I exercise and take care of myself and go on with my life!! Evidence-based practice tells us that narcotics are no better and pain control than ibuprofe...

Can You Chew Ibuprofen?

I chewed ibuprofen and it made my mouth burn and now my stomach isnt feeling very good. Was it bad for me to chew it instead of swallow it? ## Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and these are well known to cause irritation and/or damage to the delicate lining of the mouth, stomach and esophagus. That's why they are distributed as coated tablets and the instructions usually direct you to swallow them whole and not to crush or chew them. So, yes, it was a bad idea. Even with the coating on them, NSAIDs can cause or irritate conditions, such as heartburn, GERD, ulcers and gastritis. Are there any other questions? ## I chew it and i didn't hurt me, is it different for other people or something? my headaches go away faster... ## i can't swallow pills, so, i chewed up a...

Opana not working

I take Opana 20mg three times a day for chronic pain, along with Roxicodone 15mg 4X's a day. I was wondering if anyone out there had noticed that the Opana's don't do anything as much as the Roxis/Oxycodone do? I also just use them as perscribed and am only in my 20's and have had over 35 surgeries. I go see my pain management physician in a couple of days and want to know if anyone out there has tried something similar to what I'm not and what they might have been switched to to get better relief of pain. Thank you for any advice. ## Everyone is different, so it could be that the Oxycodone works better for you, than the Opana. Given how many surgeries you've had, you may also have a very high tolerance to pain medications. The FDA warns that these medications ca...

Blue pill marked N 23

Found a blue pill, marked N over 23... Cannot locate what this is on any website...was told is was oxycodone 30mg but I believe it could be OTC ibuprofen...any help would be appreciated. ## Right - these pills are most likely Oxycodone 30 mg manufactured by Novel Labs (NDC 40032-431) - they are described as round, blue with imprint n 23. Inactive Ingredients: - Microcrystalline Cellulose - Silicon Dioxide - Sodium Starch Glycolate Type a Potato - D&C Yellow No. 10 - FD&C Blue No. 2 - Magnesium Stearate ## It's definitely not listed as being a marking used in the U.S. on any Oxycodone tablet, nor any other prescription medication. I am leaning towards siding with you that it is most likely an over the counter product and the blue color makes me wonder if it might be something...
