Not sure what this is... my neighbor gave me one and said it's for pain... ## Hi Nic, Based on the description provided, I've identified your white pill marked "X 32" as Amoxicillin (875mg) + Clavulanate Potassium (125mg); which is NOT used for pain, but rather in the treatment of bacterial infections. Manufactured by: NorthStar Rx LLC You can learn more about this drug on the page for Amoxicillin + Clavulanate Potassium Details In light of this, I would question the legitimacy of your neighbor's word, since this actually has nothing to do with pain management or pain relief unless it is proven to be caused by a serious infection. And if that is the case, you may want to follow up with your doctor before taking random prescription meds that may not do anything for yo... ...

If I take a 7.5mg mobic with the v4212 and it doesn't help the pain then can I take ibuprofen or acetaminophen / lortab on top of it or would that be dangerous? ## Hello, Bree! How are you? Mobic is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, so you really shouldn't add more of them, like the Ibuprofen, without your doctor's approval. If it and the muscle relaxant aren't alleviating your pain, you should inform your doctor to see what they suggest you do. Is there anything else I can help with? ...

round white pill 1cm M' on one side--- 274 on the other ## Given the description provided, I located the pill to be Tamoxifen (20 mg). Tamoxifen is an antagonist of the estrogen receptor in breast tissue. Some breast cancer cells require estrogen to grow. Estrogen binds to and activates the estrogen receptor in these cells. Tamoxifen is metabolized into compounds that also bind to the estrogen receptor but do not activate it. Because of this competitive antagonism, tamoxifen acts like a key broken off in the lock that prevents any other key from being inserted, preventing estrogen from binding to its receptor. Hence breast cancer cell growth is blocked. For more information about this drug, please refer to the link below... If you have any more questions or concerns, please post bac... ...
