I found these pills: small, white, round with letter B / G on one side & nothing on the other. Do you know what they are? ## Hello, Keith! Where did you find them? I haven't been able to find a listing for this in any of the prescription drug databases that I've checked, so far. The leads me to suspect that they could be an over the counter item. Some of those are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. Does anyone else recognize these tablets?

I found a white pill with a V on one side and something in the middle of the V with a number on the other side that looks like 016 as the 1 is destinctive but may be a 910 as it could be upside down. My wife bought a twin bottle (one box) of the over the counter medicine used as an acid reducer known as generic renatanidine 150 from walmart. We both noticed instantly that upon opening the cardboard box, opening the cap, removing the silver/paper seal, that the tiny pink pills did not have the letters RISO on them & in fact, they had nothing on either side. My wife reminded me that at times one side would have a number on them regardless of if the letters appeared to say RISO on the other. Thus , no need to be concerned about a pill with nothing on either side. I understood the logic...

The pill is really small, white, round and on one side says P on the top part and 771 on the bottom part. ## Yes, it says P on top and 771 on the bottom. The back is bare and says nothing. It has a diameter of about 16/64ths (6.350[mm]). I heard it was some sort of opioid, and helped to prevent diareah. ## Yes, it is called Diphenoxylate HCl atropine sulfate [1]. It is used in the treating of diareah. I was told it had opiates in it, and there seems to be side effects of opiates and dependency warnings as well as Opiate rehabilitation advertisements when you pull the page up. I hope this helped. Sources: [1] ## Joseph, you're right - Diphenoxylate is an opiod used in the treatment of diarrhoea. Actually, constipation is a reported side effect of many narcotic medications (such as H...

I took a very tiny round off white pill with the no. 84. on it. There were absolutely NO other markings at all on this pill. I was a mess and thought it was an old generic nerve pill. Too many things caused me to do the dumbest thing, which was taking that pill. I was so sick, I desperately was ready to go to the hospital. Everything was spinning, and I couldn't even stand up. I was extremely nauseous and having dry heaves. I'm still just barely able to sit up, stay awake and/or be normal. Thanks for any help! ## @Zina, I have yet to come across any specific details that fit your pill's description. Some come close, but nothing precise. My suggestion (if you're unable to get the pill's contents analyzed by a lab) would probably be to toss it. Please excuse me if I...

i found a tiny little white pill with nothing but the letter S on it, what is it? ## Hi kristi, Is there by chance a letter "S" on each side of the pill, or is it just on one side? And if it is only on one side, is there a score line on the other side? - This appears to be the deciding factor between the two possible matches I have come across. If there is a letter "S" on each side of the pill then the round white pill is a 25mg Sominex sleep aid pill; the active ingredient being Diphenhydramine. If there is an "S" on only one side with a score line on the other, then the pill is more than likely a 50mg Serophene tablet. Serophene is a fertility drug used to increase the chance of getting pregnant. It is used to help women ovulate (produce a mature egg) properly ...

20 and 20 cross imprint on one side and nothing on the other side, tablet type pill ## Actually, I believe the imprint you're looking at is ZC 02, but the tablets are so tiny that it is very hard to make out the markings with the naked eye. The white, round tablet with the crossed score mark and the imprint of ZC 02 contains 25mgs of Promethazine, the active ingredient in Phenergan, it is an antihistamine that's most commonly used to help treat or prevent nausea and vomiting. Learn more Promethazine details here. Can you double check the imprint and let me know?

Really tiny white pills claimed to be from england. They do work, but there are no lines on the pills, well nothing on them, just plain. ## If there are no markings, it is difficult to be certain exactly what you may have. The U.S. FDA requires are legal prescription tablets to have markings to enable their identification. However, foreign manufacturers and suppliers aren't so strictly regulated. Is anyone familiar with this product? ## There are over 30 different companies that make diazepam. Just because it has a different name, or has packaging and pill design that is unfamiliar, as long as the foil pack is sealed, and the drug is not expired and has official markings, it is usually the real deal when it comes to benzo's. They are very cheap to make and it would cause more of...

I'm on percocet and diluadid after my 4th lumbar surgery. A family member forever asking for them. I knew how many I had before and after they left. Honestly I didn't see who took it so since they want to steal and leave me in pain I want to catch them and pay back. I ordered myself a locked pill container so can't happen again but really I want to fill my box I use with something OTC. My percocet is big yellow and round. I read that vivvan caffeine pull will work but only thing I know tiny small and white is birth control pill. I really wish exlax would look like it but anything otc I can use to catch him. But nothing harmful like a heart pill, just want to catch and stop them. Yes, looking into camera so can catch him red handed. I'm angry and hurt my own family would ...

I found five tiny (less than 1/8 diameter) round white tablets, each with a 4 imprinted on one side and nothing on the other in our bedroom. Neither my husband or I have any idea where they came from. We have no kids. Only a neighbor has been in the house feeding our cat in the last week. I hate to ask her if these are her drugs. Can you identify them? ## There are a number of different meds out there with just the # 4 on them, but the closest match based on your description is most likely Ibuprofen 400 mg. Is there any other information you can post abot the pills? Do they appear to be coated? You mentioned round and white, so I just wanted to make sure of that as well. There is a completely different drug with the imprint 4, but it is white and oval in shape. Hope this helps! ## Thank...

Can't find info on this anywhere... Found these small pills. Very light mint color, (almost white with tiny green specks maybe?) with a Saturn logo on one side and a line on the other. PLEASE help me ID these. Links to photos: ## Hi Athena, The pill description you shared is reportedly similar to that of an 'xtc' pill. A number of these tablets also bear a saturn logo and go by the names "Green Saturn", "Brown Saturn" and so forth. The Green Saturn from what I understand is actually greenish/blue in color and has blue specks. The Brown Saturn has speckles as well and is said to be approx. 6mm in height and 5mm in width... However 'xtc' still remains the primary suspect in my book since nothing else seems to be related. A lab analysis may be your best ...

tiny , smaller than pinky nail, white pill, half of it is missing, the half I have has a letter M or W on it. on the back of the half that I have theres nothing. There may be letters before the M or W but Its missing. its Capsule SHAPE. 6 sided I guess? ## Without knowing the full marking, it is going to be difficult to determine what the tablet contains. There are quite a few both among prescription products and over the counter items that meet this general description. What is your general location? That may help to narrow down where to look, since there are some products that are regional. Does anyone else have any ideas?

The pill is tiny, very light peach or rose color, has the letter p on one side and nothing on the other. It is round, with flat top and bottom. It is supposed to be a 12.5mg ( 12 1/2mg ) HCTZ pill of Canadian manufacture. Is this the correct pill. thank you ..... ps. There should be a website that carries pictures and descriptions of ALL medications, regardless of country of origin or manufacturer. And hopefully a free site. ## A red and white oval with the idintifier P10 ## As to the Canadian tablet, I am sorry, but when they are from outside the U.S. it is difficult to confirm what they contain. I also tried looking up different variations of it's spelling, but nothing has turned up on search engines, other than completely unrelated topics. Are you sure Ketohan is the correct name of this medication? If it's real then it shouldn't be that hard to verify it's existence, let alone what it might be used for.
