The pill is round, larger than an asprin, red with Z imprint. What is it? ## May be for schizophrenia. Im trying to find out for sure myself, but have reason to believe thats what its for. ## It actually sounds like you might have found an Acetaminophen tablet, which is a generic for Tylenol, it is used to treat headaches, fever, and body aches. The one that is red with the Z marking is manufactured by Leiner Health Products and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Hi. I've got a blister pack of 10 red pills. No markings/letters etc. 2 lines scored crossing eachother. Blister pack says they are tramadol hydrochloride USP 200mg. Manufactured by centurion laboratories in India. I'd like to make sure they are what they say they are. Thanks. ## Is there also a marking on the package UDT-200? If so, that is how Centurion packages their Tramadol tablets, they list them as containing 200mgs. The NIH warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

Pill that is red and has an X that goes from end-to-end on one side and blank on the other - Does anyone have any idea what it might be? Oxycodone maybe? ## All prescription tablets in the U.S. are required by law to have unique imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency. Therefore, since this one only has that score line, we can rule it out as being any type of prescription product, which means that it is most likely something that's available over the counter. That leaves it open to many possibilities. I haven't found anything that matches this description, yet…but I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. It's round redish brown with a l on one side and nothing else. ## Hi John, I'm just wondering, is this a lower case "L" you're describing or is it a score line that divides the pill into two sections? If it is a score line, there are a few different tablets that share a similar description. But on the other hand since the imprint is so vague, I'm not sure if you could necessarily narrow it down to a single search result without also having it's contents analyzed by a lab or drug panel. Whereabouts did you get it from?

I can't figure out what this is. It looks speckled, maybe pink with red specks. Scored on one side, slightly rounded top and bottom, as opposed to flat. I cut it in half and put the crumbs on my tongue to taste it, no discernible flavor. Thought about crushing it for a larger flavor sampling. Not sure. That only gets you so far, anyway. I found a small round pinkish orange pill scored with T 2 3 4 written on it in red on one side and blank on the other side. The writing goes around the pill in a circle counter clockwise.
