main problems with using Synap Forte Tablets????????? ## my jp desc ripe synap forte tabs witch i need to take 1 tab in rec-tin per day the pills seems not to dissolved at all and am not sure if i must take it like that or on other way ## Synap Forte contains the active ingredients Paracetamol, Dextropropoxyphene and Diphenhydramine, it is used to treat pain. In most countries, this has been pulled from the market, due to the severe cardiac risks that can be caused by the Dextropropxyphene. And these are usually taken orally. It may also cause other side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and constipation. Are there any other questions?
