I purchased these pills in Mexico. What exactly are they? I was told just harmless b vitamins but someone told me there is a pain medicine included. Is this medication or vitamins FDA approved and are there any side affects? I also was not told how many to take a day or if it is ok to drink alcohol. My wife is concerned. I have had headaches for about 30 years. I have been to many doctors and tried a dozen or so medications while spending well over $10,000 and having good insurance.
