Ampitrexyl, can I take it for urinary track infection ## Can I get rid of urinary track infection taking ampitrex500mlg ## Hello, Franky! How are you? This is a natural supplement product, so it's not actually proven to work. A UTI usually requires an antibiotic and, ideally, a culture should be done to make sure you are prescribed the correct one. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. Cranberry juice, the natural juice without added sugars, can also help some people with a UTI. Have you consulted your doctor?

I am 53 & never taken any meds other than aspirin, except Percoset lately for headaches from an annyerism surgery. I realized it helped with my anxiety. Dr. wants to put me on Cymbalta instead. Should I stay on Percoset or switch to Cymbalta ? Which side effects are worse ? ## Sorry, but it sounds like you are addicted to percoset. Many anti-depressants can help with addiction, and Cymbalta has been approved to treat some types of pain, but I don't think you should start if its anxiety that you are reporting. The percoset is only dulling your senses at this point. I'm guessing that it's physically jittering to NOT take it. That is not the same as anxiety from a psychiatric disorder, which usually starts earlier in life. It's like say you were feverish, so you started...

I gave birth 9 months ago to my first baby thru a c-section and have been bleeding non stop since. My doctor has given me pills and injections to stop the bleeding but it hasn't stopped. A friend says I should do a womb scrub. Is it safe to do a womb scrub and does it help stop bleeding? ## A woman scrub would be a dilation and curettage procedure, the risks are usually pretty low and yes, it has sometimes been used in such instances, but you would need to consult your doctor to see if they feel it is appropriated for you to undergo. You can learn more about it here: What else has your doctor advised?

Does anyone know of Dr who prescribes MS Contin for pain in Louisiana? Close to Slidell, I just moved here from Tx, and have tried one dr and called numerous with no results. I've tried many alternatives with no luck either and info would be helpful! ## Unfortunately, you will not likely have any good results if you are calling doctors, and asking if they prescribe any controlled substance. The person answering the phone at their office has no way of knowing if the person that called is a legitimate patient with a need, or just a drug seeker, so they are usually instructed to just tell you that they don't prescribe them, and get you off the phone. The same happens with most pharmacies if you just call to ask them about filling a prescription for a controlled substance. The only ...

Sir, I am 37 yrs old and diabetic. My blood glucose level is within limit. I am taking Pregabalin 75 mg BD due to continuous pains in my legs & feet. I am also taking 1 mg Glimpiride & 500 mg Metaformin HCI extended release tab in the morning & same in the evening also. Will taking Nurokind Plus injection give me relief from the pains? Please advice. ## Nurokind is just a nutritional supplement that contains Methylcobalamin, a form of Vitamin B12. It is believed to help support nerve function, but it is doubtful that it will help with your pain, if it's not caused by a deficiency in it. What has your doctor advised you to take for it, other than the Pregabalin?

I was given dilaudid a year ago for rotator cuff surgery. My physical therapy was an incredibly challenging recovery with pain meds required and the vicadin was not enough. I have some leftover 4 mg of the dilaudid. Theoretically, and statistically it is recommended to throw out all unused pain medications. I am mindful not to take it daily. I have no side effects and no desire to take it on a daily basis. I have tried clonapin and ativan for anxiety and they feel most helpful as a sleeping aid. With my occasional (2 to 4 times a week) one 4 mg dilaudid, I feel relaxed, calm and incredibly productive. But I also feel like maybe I am an addict (in denial) and need to check myself into a rehab. In all honestly I have tried anti-depressants and the anxiety meds listed above and dilaudid do...

It has an AZ imprinted on it with the number 273 below it, and the other side is blank. It is not scored, is somewhat convex, and doesn't appear to have any sort of coating. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ## I came to this site to find out what this medicine was called too. A nurse at work gave me some for my cold.
