What does regular release mean for these pills rp30 I think they not as strong as the blue m box and a214 pills let me know ## Hello, Dominik! How are you? As defined by the FDA, regular release tablets take about 15 to 20 minutes to start working, after you take them. The person did mean AZ 285. It is on the pills I bought at the 99 cent store. It is supposed to be exhedrin, that is, acetaminophen, caffeine, and aspirin. ## Hi Marsy, I think you might be referring to another discussion thread.. but just to confirm, the white round pill marked "AZ 285" is in fact identified as generic Excedrin, for headache relief. It contains 250 mgs of Acetaminophen + 250 mgs of Aspirin + 65 mgs of Caffeine. Apparently the name of the manufacturer/distributor is "A2Z Health", which explains the AZ logo as well. Hope this info helps!
