My small child picked up a pill on the floor of a restaurant today. It is round, flat and orange with a stylized letter E or G (like a logo design) and the number 43 underneath it. The other side has a cut line in the center to enable someone to break the pill in half. I worry that it could be a pill that is harmful to handle. ## Located a match to a round pill with E 43 on it, it's Midodrine HCl 5 mg. What is this pill? It's large (looks almost like a vitamin in shape and size), "S" on one side, and "P" and "N" on other side with a score line down the middle. I just need to know what pill this is and what strength it is? Its a small orange round pill with what looks to be like an R on one side and a line on the other side and nothing else. ## There are some prescription tablets that have an R on them, but they also have additional numbers for identification. If this one only has an R on it and nothing else, that leads me to believe that it is probably an over the counter medication, though there is also a slight possibility that it is a foreign drug. The pill is small, orange and could be either an oval shape or a lond 6 sides pill and white on the inside. Markings are on one side. There is what looks like a backwards G and a 500 ## Hi Travis, I located an orange pill marked G 500 on one side; but it is noted to be round and not oval. There is also a score line on the backside of the pill. The "G" is a bit more indented into the pill than the number "500". It is identified as Sulfasalazine 500 mg. Sulfasalazine is mainly used for treatment of inflammatory bowel disease, including ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. It is also effective in several types of arthritis, particularly rheumatoid arthritis. Does this sound like a possible match? I can provide more details on it if need be.

I came across some orange/peachy colored tablets with Mylan 345 one side and nothing except a line, groove across the other side. What is it? small orange pill might be peach but looks orange. no numbers just a line on one side round tiny lke a mucle relaxer but might just be an advil or tylenol idk. ## If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to say with any certainty, there are several possibilities, but many orange over the counter pills are generics, or store brands of Advil, but it could also be a supplement of some type, or something entirely different.
