what pills can I take to get my periods? 15days late and I took two pregnancy test at different occasions but they all came out negative . and am not on contraception, but took two red pills hoping I was going to get my periods but I didn't.. help!

I have not had a cycle since having my son a year ago. I also have PCOS. I have taken 5mg Norethisterone tablets 3 times a day for 5 days. As we r going to travell northern india as temples for a month starting from 3rd may till 4th june . I have irregular periods due to pcod. I didn't have periods from April to July. Then my doctor prescribed me Regestrone. Once I took ten tablets, the periods came. I am on my first pack of lo loestrin fe pills. I started my period on the second week. I have since missed 2 pills back to back in the fourth week. I am 36 yrs old . From the time I matured ( when i was 13 yrs old ) I have been having irregular periods and took various hormonal medication from my gynaec to regularise them. Till date after so many years I still have irregular periods. I am married for almost 10yrs and have not concieved. I get my periods once in 3 months and the flow is very heavy and lasts for more than a month . My gynaec has to prescribe hormones again for the flow to stop. Apart from physical exhaustion , I have to face lot of mental tension from my in-laws for my condition .
