Orange hard capsule shaped, says APO 500 on one side, nothing on the other side. I know it came from Canada. I think its an antibiotic but I don't know for sure. Found in Canada(if that matters) smallish round pill wit a P inked on one side and a 50 on the other was told it was anti-inflamatory by my daughters boyfriend hoping its not a pain killer Thanks for any help ## Finding an identification for pills from outside the U.S. is difficult. I am familiar with quite a few Canadian tablets, but I am not finding anything for this one. Is there any way you can ask him more specifics on it? Most pills, in the U.S. and Canada with a P followed by numbers are over the counter items. Hi there I have recently found a container of orange brown round tablets not very big and only markings are 50 on one side. Any ideas? ## it seems to be trazadone. A low dose anti-depressant sometimes used for sleep. Im not 100% positive but if its orangeish brown im pretty sure.

Markings are on one side. There is what looks like a backwards G and a 500 ## Hi Travis, I located an orange pill marked G 500 on one side; but it is noted to be round and not oval. There is also a score line on the backside of the pill. The "G" is a bit more indented into the pill than the number "500". It is identified as Sulfasalazine 500 mg. Sulfasalazine is mainly used for treatment of inflammatory bowel disease, including ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. It is also effective in several types of arthritis, particularly rheumatoid arthritis. Does this sound like a possible match? I can provide more details on it if need be.
