white round says searle 1421 on one side and 75 with 4 A's on other ## This pill is called OrthoPro it is used for arthritis and is an anti-inflammatory. ## This medication is actually called Arthrotec, it contains 75mgs of Diclofenac and 200mcgs of Misoprostol, so it combines a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory with the Misoprostol to help protect the stomach from the damage that they can cause, such as ulcerations. What is an oval brown tablet marked IP 142? ## I believe I located a match, it's Ibuprofen 200 mg, which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) originally marketed as Brufen, and since then under various other trademarks (see tradenames section), most notably Nurofen, Advil and Motrin. I am trying to identify a pill that is white and three sided kind of like a triangle. On one side it is split in half with wc on one side and 142 on the other. I think it is generic for wellbrutrin XL 300mg, but I'm not sure. ## It actually depends on the oval shape. if its got more tapered ends, kind of like an egg, then yes, it contains 300mgs of controlled release Bupropion, the active ingredient in Wellbutrin XR. Can you break the methadone 10mg into half?? ## Dear Samantha, yes, u can break them in half. It might b easier 2 get a pill cutter. They work great. U can get them at cvs or pretty much any pharmacy. They r sold over the counter. ## Yes as far as I know, personally have broken in half over ten years. Have chronic pain and when I was not in as much pain I often only took half (5 mg.).
