I just got on medicare and had been given my pain meds which are Hydromorphone 8 mg (120) and morphine sul. 60 mg 2 daily. My prior Dr had me on 100 mg of the morphine and 180 of the hydromorphone. I have been taming teva for 3 years and thought it was doing its job until they switched me- I feel completely 100 percent like myself on the Watson brand. I couldn't find a lot of information about the side effects of overdose, but this is what I have found: "Sulpiride has a relatively low order of acute toxicity. Substantial amounts may cause severe but reversible dystonic crises with torticollis, protrusion of the tongue, and/or trismus. In some cases all the classical symptoms typical of severe Parkinson's Disease may be noted; in others, over-sedation/coma may occur."
