Well have taken Daliresp for one week today. Really have not noticed much yet. The insurance is going to pay for it. I guess I was hoping for to much, it just gets me down not being able to get outside and work. ## Hi Jana, It may take longer than a week for the medication to build up in your system and to take effect- so don't give up hope yet. I have been on 80mg. Of oxycodone a day for 6 good mo. Now for my disease. Today I go to a new pain clinic as I moved to a new state. I just came from there to find out this state will not give 30mg.pills. They told me to take one a day for a week then return. Am I going to go through hard withdraws? I'm taking dexmethylphenadate er (I think that's how you spell it) 20mg. I just started taking it Friday morning and on my second dose today. Is it common to feel very tired and sleepy when my body is getting used to it? Plus ever since Friday I've been going number 2 a lot. Hello, i have just started Effexor XR 75 mg this morning for anxiety and panic attacks. Took it 7 hrs ago. So far i feel ok, maybe slight nausea, a bit tired and dizzy. Could also be imagining these side effects as i am feeling very anxious about starting this med, but i have no choice in taking this treatment as i want to get my life back on track and feel normal and happy again. The thing is i have an interview tomorrow morning at 11 am for a job starting end of November. I have been on Belviq for about six weeks. I have experienced horrible mood swings, diarrhea (HORRIBLE and NON STOP), actual weight gain, my bones and body aches constantly, I can barely keep my eyes open and lastly, which is the most important.....it feels like I can't breath some times. I have been really working to eat very healthy, exercise when I can due to my body hurting so bad, and drink a lot of water. After six weeks, I have gained 4 pounds!!! I have been struggling with my weight for years, so I thought I would give this a go. I do have a hypo thyroid, but it is controlled with medication. I have been a chronic back pain patient for years. Degenerative disc disease, scoliosis, spurs, recurring herniated discs, sciatica. I have been getting my script filled at the Roseville, Michigan pharmacy since before the law change last October. Now sometimes I can get it filled in about a week, but usually not. After running out again last week and calling and visiting the pharmacy every day, I called today to be told to try next week ( the line I usually hear) I went there about an hour later and it was in! My son was shot on March 10, 2022. He had only received one dose of Sublocade and it expires today. The hospital he is in cannot give the shot, only the strip medication that doesn't help him with his opioid dependence at all. He has tried the strips, methadone, and everything else but always ends up taking other opioids that are around now with fentanyl, ending up right back where he started. The clinic that administers the shot cannot come to hospital, they can only give it if my son goes to their clinic. The hospital has only been prescribing 5 mgs of oxycodone - 2 pills every 4 hours as needed. As to how to proceed, you should continue taking them daily through the rest of the pack, just as your are supposed to and, in most cases, you can just start your new pack a day early, basically changing your cycle by a day.
