Be an adult, get a J.O.B., and get your own place and do drugs.

If i had gone thru my daughters room I would have found the pills she was on for coronory artery disease before it was too late. She passed away from coronory artery disease and never told me she had it. I found the pills after her death at age 27. I can only think she didnt tell me cuz she didnt want daddy to worry. So yes go thru your kids rooms. If they have a problem with it let them rent or buy their own home. The life you save may be your child's.

false. I find these to be the strongest hitting, but the shortest lasting. Each and every batch may differ, however I have had the most success suffering from back surgery and chronic pain. I do not abuse them, however out of all the different generic oxy/tyl percocet brands, this seems to be the most powerful out of the generic percocet brands.

I've worked a lot of cardiac arrest overdoses. Most of them a young age group between 19 to 58 at least 75 percent. Everyone is right in ways even some of the negative comments. For the person who said don't go through your sons room mixed emotions on that one cause in a way you're correct I've seen kids act out more and go to extremes when parents are nagging at them at all times. On the other hand it's the parents house you can do what makes you at ease. I would but that's me everyone has opinions I would get my child into a program if you truly feel they are taking the medication and you confirm it. I hope this helps many of you but addiction is getting worse. In my area it's suboxone and kolonipine. A drug to get you off of drugs. Some patients take it serious and many others don't. Remember narcan can be bought over the counter in many states, it's a opiod(pain medication) overdose reactant.Thank each and everyone of you guys for all you do.

Responsible adults should know their own damn tolerance. I've been taking opiates with benzodiazepines all my life and have never overdosed on these 2 PRESCRIBED medication's, so quit feeding the most corrupt. Finally, someone around here with a brain. As the mother of a teenager myself I would do the exact same thing. Half of the people on this thread are just kids looking for drugs. And they're so stupid they make it so obvious so mothers like me respond to them to let them know that this particular mother who posted this question is certainly not the only parent who is on top of their kid so they can actually stay alive

Are you even a parent? I have a 14 year old son. If I found a 10mg Percocet in his room, I would be extremely concerned. Anyone who loves their children knows there is no Taking Chances when it comes to deadly drugs it's not a small matter yes she should talk to her son without throwing accusations out in a trusting manner but this is not to be taken lightly as you are putting it I really don't think that you have the parenting experience otherwise that wouldn't have been your response

I'm on that drug right now and know more about it than you do because I mix drugs under the care of a pain clinic. I take morphine and Percocet, without the acetaminophen, plus 2 nerve pain killing drugs, any of which, if taken in excess could slow my metabolism down enough to help me sleep forever. So yes, opiates can kill.
Oh, and this isn't anything about religious beliefs. It's about protecting a child from themselves.
Go troll some of the addict's sites where they congratulate each other on being uncaught felons. This isn't that site.
Oh, and here's another way opiates kill. I used to have a friend who is now dead because of opiates. He got on his motorcycle and was impaired enough that he never had the chance to swing his leg back off because a semi-tractor trailer rig did it for him at high speed. Okay, he wasn't *directly* killed by the opiate, but if he hadn't been high, he'd likely be alive.
Like I said, go troll elsewhere. You just sound immature, know-it-all-ish and frankly, stupid, here. Being a know-it-all fool doesn't make you smart, it makes you an *****.
