You DO NOT want to use this one! B-Tracet-Ex unless you are planning to use it just once or twice. I was prescribed this last November here in Mexico by a doctor who allegedly DID NOT know this would cause addiction. B-Tracet-Ex is made of Tramadol, Paracetamol and Vitamins B1 and B2 but Tramadol is HIGHLY addictive and the side effects are terrible! Horrible constipation, insomnia, cramps, goose bumps, heart burn and of course if you dont take it once you go addicted to it, cold turkey syndrome (withdrawal syndrome) please use something else for severe pain... the first time I used this one I was sooo high I felt so good and euphoric but two days later the good feelings were gone and I did not know the doctor was getting me hooked on this horrible thing!!! Please try something else!

this is true and not.. ive been taking this medication in mexico for the last 6 yrs and it's the only place i know of where its manufactured the manufacturing company is Giracamps it comes in the form of a large pink pill, with 40 mg of tramadol, 100mg of like tylenol and 50 mg of vitamin b1,b2,b6,b12 I have found that it kills my pain I have osteoarthritis and compounded vertebras but regarding a earlier post to the constipation,goose bumps , and also mood swings this is true but I belive its not from the tramadol, there really are no other side effects besides your body becomes dependent on the vitamins I have lost alot of wieght on this medicine as well per the vitamins speeding up my metabolisim because I recently came back to the U.S. and I see myself more dependent on taking the vitamins and tylenol for pain and I seem to be fine but in the moment of not taking the vitamins body head starts to feel loopy and i get stomach cramps and lose bowl movements and I am very cranky ....hope this helps you in anyway..

I have been taking this for two years with no side effects or a big case of addition. Ity has caused a bit of addiction but all I have to do each time is reducing the dose slowly over two days and no problem. I take two in the AM and two in the PM. I use them in place of vicodin which really causes addiction. Also, they seem to work better. Contact me if you have any questions. Regards, Larry
