I have hyperactive adrenal glands. A friend told me that taking Eglonyl would help. My wife takes this as an anti depressant so it would be easy for me to trial it, I'm just weary of adverse effects. Any tips ?? ## Eglonyl contains the active ingredient Sulpiride. It is an antipsychotic mediation that is also used to treat other mental health disorders, such as depression. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, weight gain and sedation. In my opinion I think I would be ok to trial it, given the low count of adverse effects. But for the long term I would definitely suggest consulting a doctor about it to see if this medication is the best option for your condition. Is this medicine available from the internet? ## I checked on the manufacturer's site mankindpharma.com and they list the HEALTH-OK tablets as a Ginseng, Multivitamin, Multimineral & Amino Acid Supplement. All of these ingredients are over the counter so this or similar products should be readily available online. I used to take Qualitest lorazepam but it was discontinued. I had to switch but Watson / Actavis does not work and causes side effects. Most pharmacies carry Actavis. My local Walgreens carries Sandoz which is similar to Watson. Another local pharmacy carries Mylan or cardinal health. Anyone tried Cardinal health or Mylan lorazepam and worked ok? Okay so I am used to taking Norco 10/325. But now I only have Norco 5/325. Can I take more because I am used to a higher dose? ## Have you consulted your doctor? You really shouldn't double up, without their approval. You would be getting twice the amount of Acetaminophen as usual and that may cause problems, with certain health conditions and other medications. Why was your dosage changed? ## I don’t know. I go to a RA doc about 225 miles round trip from my home and the nurse always puts my scripts in an envelope and seals it. I didn’t open it until I took it to my pharmacy and when my husband picked them up is when I caught the error! It was a different color, shape and lower mg. I have had severe RA for 40 yrs.
