The pill is capsule shaped but it is a hard pill. The markings on the front side is an upper case R and then 636 after that. white, tablet,capsule shaped ## This is an over the counter item, it contains Acetaminophen 500mgs, Caffeine 60mgs and Pyrilamine 5mgs, this is a generic for Midol for relief of menstrual symptoms. ## Thank You! Someone mixed them in with my Ibuprofen. To them they were both pain relievers. To me, I cannot take Acetaminophen. I have a bad liver and it will cause me to run fever and have flu symptoms and will further damage my liver. YOU SAVED ME! I thought I might have put some kind of generic Ibuprofen in with my others.
