I found some white pills. Oblong, the number 5 on one side, the other side is scored down the middle. The letters BP on half and the numbers 648 on the other half. My house is a disaster right now as we are in the middle of spring cleaning, and I can't find my PDR! This pill was in my bottle of metformin from the pharmacists.i only noticed because it was just a bit smaller than the metformin. What is it? ## I actually came across a half white and half pink oblong shaped pill imprinted "E648" that is identified as Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 25 mg. You didn't mention pink being part of the color, but it's the only match that comes up under that description. Manufacturer: Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Inc. National Drug Code (NDC): 00185-0648 I'd probably suggest taking it over to your local pharmacy to have them check it out if this doesn't sound like it fits the bill. However, the actual imprint should read "810". Apparently it's made by a company called Elite Laboratories Inc. You could try contacting them if there's still some doubt about its appearance... What is the cost of the natural supplement that helps arthritis called arthri-d? ## Arthri-D is a supplement, so while they make a lot of claims, it is not actually proven to help with anything. From what I can find, it contains: Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Magnesium, Chondroitin, NAG, Turmeric, Rice Flour, Boswella Serrata, Ashwagandha, Yucca, Bromelain, Evening Primrose Oil, Green Lipped Muscle and Hyaluronic Acid. I have been taking the Pink one for over seven yrs, for breakthrough pain from an injured neck which has been rebuilt from C-4 - C7.
