yes that could be vicodin 7.5mg well it keeps you amped up and its pretty much a painkiller the only bad side effect that it could give you is if you are experimenting with them for longer than 2 weeks at 2 pills aday you will feel like crap you just want to sleep and some flu like symptoms come into play.bottom line its an opiate for which doing a vicodin is almost the same as doing heroin.

Trust me on this. M357 IS NOT 7.5 MG Hydrocodone. It is as the 3rd poster said, 5 MG Hydrocodone, 500 MG Acetaminophen. I used to be an avid drug user and I was a pro at identifying pills. Side effects in small doses can more likely be drowsiness/dizziness, possible euphoria, of course relief of pain and, if you use it continuously for over a few weeks you can become dependent on it and feel sick without. Also, if you take more than prescribed you can get the opposite effect and be hyper and feel good. That is how I used to use it when I abused.

I have chronic pain in both of my legs & the Dr.s cannot find out why. I have been through most pain pills & now they have me on oxycodone 10-325. I'm not a user but now those pills are beginning to NOT take the pain away. Any suggestions on what my Dr. can give me to stop the pain. The pain truly is effecting my life. As I said I am not a user but I do have a high tolerence for medications of any kind. Does any one have an idea of a pain pill that might work for my leg pain ? P.S. it is not muscle pain

As for the second reply. You are so far off base, it is not 7.5 mg. It is just plain 5mgs. It effects different people in different ways. I am looking at the pill in question right now, as I have been taking them for about three months. The funny thing is, I think they are just a psyhic thing. I have a high tolertance for pain meds and these just make me feel a little better I even stopped taking them for a few days just to see if I would go through withdrawal systoms, nothing happened. But please do not get me wrong. They are very dangerous if you abuse them. You can get hooked on them, and you would only want something strongger to keep the feeling going. My biggest problem was constipation. So M357 is highdrocodone/acetaminophen. They come in two forms 5/500 or 7.5/500 with the later being the stronggest.

Reply Number 5, A better name for your med is called Percocet(oxycodone). They are stronnger than Hydrocodone (Vicodin). I tried those meds as well. Your next move would be either Surgery or Oxycodin, and believe me you really should steer clear of that med. It is very highly addictive. In my opinion, you would be so high on Oxycodin you would forget about any kind of pain you were expericencing. That is why it is so addictive. But you would have to keep on taking them (again ADDICTION). I would talk to my doctor to see if Surgery would help you out any. I myself have PAD. I couldn't waljk ten steps without severe pain in my leg. I had a vein bypass surgery in my leg just last month. So far, aside from where the insidions are I feel fine. That is the only reason why i am still taking the vicodin(the insidions) in my leg. I hope you find some relief for your leg pain. I kind of know what you are going through.

Ask for DURAGESIC patches, also known as Morphine patches. They work continually and are time released, you change them in 3 days. they come in 25, 50, 75 & 100mcg. They work way better then any pill. I have a rebiult spine and this is one thing that really helps. I too have a high tolerance to pain meds, and had a pain pump.
