My daughter had been taking Necon 1/50 to control her acne (cysts) caused by cysts on the uterus. When she goes to a lower dosage, the acne cysts return. Recently it has been impossible to fill her prescription with the 1/50 dosage. The only thing the pharmacies carry is the 1/35 which is too light of a dosage. Is there a substitute. Her gynocologist does not know of anything.

I have a year supply of samples of loestrin24 Fe. However, I want to take them as the loestrin 1/20 28 Rx. Would it not be the same as taking the first 21 pills of the loestrin 24, then a week of iron tablets? Aren't the ingrdients the same in both Rx's? I know that the 24's have 3 more active days and 3 less placebos. Thanks

red, round one side has o/o one side has 42 ## This one is easy, I am on these. It is a birth control, generic for Desogen, it is called Apri. ## Thanks for the input.....I found it in my dining room and had no idea when/where it came from. ## Someone must have dropped it, the coating on them, if they get damp can also be a little sticky, then when it dries, it sets up normal again, so it might have been dropped outside and tracked in on someone's shoe, or even a paw if you have pets. ## round pills 44 on top 291 on bottom tan in color pill form

I am 49 and still menstruating but starting hot flushes, I have decided to stop Nordette after some years. Used it for heavy periods. After 3 weeks not taking it, I am experiencing a lot of water retention. What can you recommend as a natuarl drug? I am also on pharmapress and concor for mild hypertension.

i have some old loestrin and very little time or money. can i take it? if i do will it help protect pregnancy or just period problems or niether? what is the shelf life? ## The normal expiration date for a prescription is 1 year from the date it was filled, for tablets. If it's past the expiration then it is not advisable, medications lose their effectiveness over time and it would not provide the pregnancy protection that it should.

Alright, so I decided to get on birth control four months ago, mainly because I was tired of constantly having acne (which I treat daily, and it has cleared up significantly, but I was hoping BC would help rid me of it totally), plus I was having crazy mood swings. The first day after I took my first pill I was ill for a long time, feeling like I was about to throw up at any second; for the first two months I had a headache almost every day, was excessively tired, and would randomly feel like I was about to throw up. After I got past the second month though (and I had been forewarned by friends & the doctor that it usually takes three months to get used to the pills), I was fine - I have seen my boobs increase a whole cup size - not unwanted but not greatly appreciated either lol, c...

birth control pill ## How should trinessa 28s be taking ## Take this medicine orally once a day or as directed by your physician. Pick the time of day which is easiest for you to remember, and try to take it at the same time every day. Be sure that you continue to take it exactly as directed by your doctor. The amount of progrestin and estrogen in each pill may vary at different times in the monthly cycle, depending on the brand of birth control. Therefore, be sure that you follow the instructions and start with the first tablet in the pack, and always follow the correct order. Do not skip doses. You have a higher chance of getting pregnant if you miss pills, start a pack late, or take a pill at a different time of day than usual. If you experience upset stomach or nausea with this medi...

my quetion is i stord my trinessa the rong time is that Bad? ## I am sorry, I do not understand what you are asking. ## Store Trinessa at room temp between 59-86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C) away from moisture and light. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep it away from children and pets. If you have missed taking a dose you may need to use back-up birth control (e.g., condoms, spermicide) to prevent pregnancy.

I have some round tablets that say watson on one side and has a P on the other side. Can you tell me what kind of pill this is. I have taken many pills in the last 6 years and these pills I put in a different bottle. So I don't know if they are pain killers or not. Please help me with this. Thanks, Mendy ## Round green pill, Watson on one side, P on the other side is actually a placebo oral contraceptive. This basically means that they are sugar pills and don't do anything (inert substance). If you don't mind me asking, were you involved in any clinical trials for birth control meds? If not, how did you manage to get these pills? Not very often I hear of somebody getting a placebo…
