White Circle Pill One Line O Side

i found two pills in my boyfriends pockett, they are round white and have the letter K on one side that is circled and on the other side a line in the middle i really wont to no what it is and if its anything to worry about i no its probable not just would like to make sure thanks.

I found it in my drawer and didn't recognize it. Thought it might be a darvocet, but not sure. ## This sounds like vitamin D tablets. Mine are white with nothing on one side; the other has a circle with a line through it. If you look at it closely (upright) it almost looks like an airplane from one angle or a y (sideways). I found a pill with M on the top and a line, then a 10 on the bottom, and on the other side was a p. ## Found a white pill with 10 on bottom half and M on top. If so, how do you know it is a 5mg tablet? If PMS is the only imprint, it could be hard to positively tell what this is, because these are tablets from Canada and there are several that are round and white, with just the PMS imprint. If not then I don't believe anyone here is going to be able to identify the pill with such little information. The problem ultimately comes from the fact that the FDA requires all controlled medication to be identifiable through it's appearance which would include an imprint. Pretty much everything else it can be doesn't require it to have an imprint. This means that you've most likely found something along the lines of a dietary pill, mint, vitamin or a supplement. Looking to id a pill... It's white and round and very small, less than half the width of my friend's adult female finger. It's got a cross score on one side and the imprint on the back is a circular swirl made of three lines, which start at the bottom of the pill and run parallel to each other in a straight line up to the middle, then turn and make a circle around the full face of the pill. Like drawing the letter P while holding three pencils at once, but the curved part goes all the way around. Kinda like a classic computer power on/off symbol. it's a weird marking and I can't find anything like it on the internet. My friend believes that it is adderall.
