I'm not sure if it's a Percocet or not. It's a big, oblong, light yellow, on one side it says 10, on the other side it has E 797. What is this pill, i found it on my floor of my appt. Its really big yellow oblong and says A707 on one side and nothin on the other. ## Hello, The closest match I can find is Rynatan (Chlorpheniramine/Phenylephrine) 9 mg / 25 mg; which is used in the treatment of hay fever; cold symptoms and belongs to the drug class upper respiratory combinations. It is oblong and technically beige in color, but it looks light yellow. The imprint is WALLACE 707. Maybe the the other letters were smudged off at some point? I have a pill that is blank on one side and the letters LDE on the other side. It is a lighter yellow in color and oblong in shape. I don't know what it is. Found 4 small light yellow oblong pills under my 15 year son's bed. Does any body know what these pills are? ## No, I'm sorry, but I've tried searching for this in our various U.S. prescription drug resources, even altering the imprint and I can't find any listings for anything close to this. This leads me to suspect that it is an over the counter item, although there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Have you asked your son about them? If you flip the pill, is it possible that it's actually a 15, rather than 87? I think what you've found is a tablet manufactured by Boehringer Ingelheim that they list as being a 15mg Mobic tablet. The active ingredient is Meloxicam and the FDA classifies it as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
