Also, is it OK to take oxycodone during the day and somas for my pain at night as they help me sleep? ## Different medications affect people differently. There is really no other explanation for it. For example, if I take Morphine, it makes me very, very drowsy, and I can't stay awake, and Dilaudid is often given to people in the ER, who present with severe migraines, but it actually gives me a headache and makes me sick. All are possible side effects, as listed by the FDA, it is really just a matter of finding one that...

I want to have a few drinks this weekend and I was wondering how many days I should be off. ## Hello, Viiby! How are you? It would really be best to stay on your medication and forgo the alcohol. It tends to exacerbate the side effects, so it could make you more dizzy, drowsy and nauseous than usual. Even if you stop taking it, you're likely going to experience some withdrawal effects, which will probably also be worsened by the alcohol. If your doctor approves of your imbibing, then please make sure that you aren't driving. Viibryd has a half-life of 24 to 25 hours and it takes 5 to 6 half-lives to be fully processed out of your body, so you'd be looking at needing a break of at least 5 to 6 days, but as I said, that doesn't do away with the possible withdrawal effects....

I was wondering if a large amount of amoxil & clavunate k 500/125mg 30 ( that's exactly what my capsule says on it)will make you feel oozy, drowsy or sleep. Because I was told to take 2tabs 3 times a day and to take with food. Seems sketchy to me because I've been prescribed to this medication. Before and last time is said to take 1 tab twice a day. Or is it depending how bad the illness is? My job is a bit far from home and I would like to be driving like this. ## Hello, Luan! How are you? The FDA lists the typical side effects of this antibiotic as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. Is there anything else I can help with?

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and irritability. It was filled from a pharmacy in Tijuana and has no numbers anywhere but has the 3 scores on both sides. Seems to work for me but I want to make sure it's actual Alprazolam. ## I have the same pills, I get my rx filled from Mexico as well. I doubt they're bad, they just might be generic? My other friend who has a prescription & gets them here in AZ had a different type. She let me compare hers to mine & they work the same in my opinion. Hers are 1 mg & mine are supposedly 2 mg. I always take half of mine because a whole one makes me super drowsy. Hope this helps :) ## I think they're called Rafil, we see them a lot here in Laredo (it's a border town). Since long my wife aged 54 years is suffering from depression. Three weeks ago her doctor prescribed Bupron XL 150, 1 tab. in morning and Nexito LS, 1 tab at night. But since then she is unable to sleep properly at night and the depression also worsened. When contacted the doctor told her to take double the dose prescribed early. The situation worsened. Now she is totally drowsy and at night also she is feeling that she is awake. ## It really sounds like these just aren't the right medications for her to take. The fact that she is experiencing the opposite of some of the intended effects is what makes me suspect that. Has she contacted her doctor again? I think there's a good chance that she needs to try alternative medications.

Do you remember the name of the brand that you previously tried? Additionally, it is important to know that every supplement effects each individual differently, so I would not be able to comment on whether or not taking these vitamin packs will make you feel drowsy. Although many have said one drug is the same as the other I find that Qualitest hydrocodone 10/325 seems to not affect me as far as making me drowsy and extremely tired. It does so help with the pain but it does not make me so I can not function. The other manufacturer Mallincor (spelling not right) their hydrocodone makes me so tired I have to literally go to bed. Strange I think that if two drugs are identical how can they have different effects to you. I prefer to not take any hydrocodone but until I am through this pain I prefer to take the one that does not comatose me. ## While they contain the same active ingredients, there can be fluctuations in the amount of them that are in generic medications, additionally, the inactive ingredients can be entirely different. It takes 2 to 4 weeks to build up in your system after the usual 1st time dosage for light weighted ppl. Your physician can dispense this up to a maximum dosage of 40 mgs daily which I've been taking for 2 years now and it works great, the only side effect is that you should try it at night 1st as for most ppl it will make you drowsy, however after awhile you might be able to build up a tolerability to take it in the morning..If a small dosage doesn't work for you, make sure that you tell your physician bc he can increase the dosage in intervals up to 40 mgs daily allowed by the FDA..I hope this hel...

My son weight 89 pounds no appetite and he's paralyzed from the waist down so the pills will work for him ## Hello, Janice! How are you? In your son's case, you shouldn't give him anything, without his doctor's approval. His health is still very fragile and the slightest misstep could be a disaster. What other medications is he taking? How far underweight is he? The FDA classifies this medication as an antihistamine and its typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. ## I gained weight from taking the pill.
