I hope i die and then they can go to my back and see the pain i was in and then when while they are there can see how messed up the op did to my somach and esopaghus.Its not even dissolving in my chest when i drink it with water it feels like it is gettin stuck.So the hell with this quality of life.Anyhow people that took these meds were tallked about being drug addicts.So face down and you get it.2012

The new Oxycontin Op's do not work they are making me sick, headache stomach ache, nausea, no pain control, none, nada. If you haven't tried them don't If you have and they don't work to control pain go to your physician and ask for something else. Opana ER or Kadian for the long term pain and Percocet 10 for the break thru pain.
Nothing else will work to get you well and also releive your pain. Purdue is not going to give anyone the Oc's they are not being manufactured anymore. So all the people who are on the streets scurrying to try and find the real ones good luck they are nothing but a sweet memory now.
Also Purdue Pharma cares nothing about the end user the patient these new meds were never tested on humans ever only on Rats in vitro. Ask you pharmacist they will tell you to throw them away they are POISON........

Purdue Pharma needs to pull the OP 80's off the shelf, they are poisonous. Bad Bad Drug....Call the FDA right away...
They at Purdue are not interested in Patient relations they are only interested in their bottom line. Watch out for your selves and remember Purdue is not paying you to try their experimental drug but then again they didn't ask the pregnant rats either.
I should have been given the
chance to opt out of trying this new formulation.....and so should all the other patients who were not informed. You suck Purdue Pharma Know it....

To Blusskyy: have you thought of the reason for the change was ABUSE, here u are telling people how to break it down to get full effect or HIGH! I for one do have side effects from NEW Fornula than before, but would not try your way, it may kill u, I mean if it breaks it dow and immediate release of 80 mg pure oxycontin then u are going to regret telling people this. The new ingredients ARE hurting a lot of people and FDA has already started a webpage, WebWatch because os so many adverse effects the new formula has caused, so for those who want to complain they need to go there, not call, they said FDA so overwelmed over this and with that said,
they know it is cause for alarm and the

I was injured and had to have my hamstring re-attached.I was then diagnosed with RSDS..I've not had a day without pain since. I've been on and off pain meds and now I am dependent on them to be able to move. My life is but a shell of what it was before the injury a pain med marry-go-round. I went back on pain meds a few days ago at 80mg Oxy 3x per day and 30mg Roxi 4x per day. The new Oxy is very scary...whatever they added or upped has changed the medications ability to do what it was intended for and it is making me sick. What is in this stuff, plastic? I left a message for my Dr and will be asking him to prescribe another medication to me. I won't take these. Like many of you, I'm already fighting for my life...none of us need to be the test rats for Purdue. Does anyone have any suggestions for a similar medication...has anyone tried an alternative? Also, has anyone been in touch with any class action lawyers? I think we all need to put something together???

DOES ANY ONE HAVE A LAWYER? OR, Is anyone getting a lawyer for those of us that is truly having problems with taking this new revised formula as prescribed?! Whether it be from meds not working for our pain any longer, to health problems that they are causing? I have been taken Oxycontin for over 10 yrs I did not even realize that they changed the oc to op until I got a hold of my pharmacy to see if maybe they had gotten an old bottle or something because they just was not working and my pharmacist said he would not take the new formula if it was him, because of the new ingredient and he was not surprise to find out that I was hospitalized for chest pain and severe back pain along with high super high blood pressure that has been controlled before this great change that Purdue had to make. I'am sorry that their has been people out there that has used this med for their own personal mis use ways. But what about the ---US that has not. And now we or at least I'am truly suffering from the change. In more ways than two or three ways with my health. PLEASE ATTORNEYS THIS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM THAT THIS COMPANY HAS CAUSED MAKE THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE! PLEASE HELP US.!!!!!!!

I see a new doctor on Tues OCT.6th.. Bad timing for the new formu land a new doctor.. say a prayer or cross your fingers.. I have beengetting by on a combination of IR but it is hard and DANGEROUS!

As I type I am falling over supper fatigued.. If I take the 'OP' I am crawling sick,vomiting, izzy and j later dehydrated and itchy!

NEVER had these problems before! EVERY OEN AT PERDUE should have these problems plus pain not controlled or resolved to a point for minimal quality of life!

i have been reading all of your storys. there very sad. i have been taking 80mg 30mg 40 mg 60mgs 4 20years. i recently got the ops without warning 2. 7 back surgeris they dont work. i agree we as chronic pain people should get good att.my back is killing me this s*** makes me dizzy i fell 3 times last week one of these times iam gonna fall through a window.sorry everyone we are all in the same boat.purdue is gonna kill some of us.i not gonna go down without a fight stay strong my doc probably wont write anything else.love u all remember if enough of usstick togethere we will win we have 2 later all zeek dying of pain and have to drink alot of beer to get some relief let me know if anyone finds a good lawyer as i will do the same.

since i started the op i have had stomach pains,backup bowls,pain on left side,headaches,withdraws,weak at times,terrible back pains,.. i know a guy dying from liver failler, the docs are saying it is from the meds.

It was not good timing but I changed doctors jus this week and After a vey quick and disjointed visit ( my part of it) The new guy switched m back to MSO4 Morphine sulfate which I got generic. ANd IT has not made me so deathly ill.. I had some queasiness but not the EXPLOSIVE VOMITING!
My post with the lawyers website finally was published.. Please everyone go to it and take the time to fill things out!
NOT to mention a friend gets her used to be OC form the company on a patient assistance program.. SHE sent scrpt in on SEpt 23rd..STIll at his hour 3:44PM OCT.8 does not have her medication TIMELY manner?/ they are truly f---ing with people who have done nothing wrong!!

Anyone familiar with oxycotin 60mg ? I was getting 60mg oc but I now have 60mg OP..I wasnt told of any change by the pharm. I noticed after taking these I have a rash under my arms and it seems I have to take the breakthru rx more often..Did I get dupped my my pharm. or are these pills new or different than what I was taken??
