How Long Does Heroin Stay In Your Urine (Page 23)

I took a half a gram of Heroin on Friday but don't dose regularly. I weigh 157 and am a 5'7 female. If I have a UA on Monday will it show up?

I relapsed and have been regularly using heavy heroin for about 2 months now. I was tested today with a urine test that will be sent to a lab. I had clean pee on me that I used but know I got a few drops of my own dirty urine in it. Will I fail the drug screen? I know the cut off level is 250 ng/ml.

Heroin is an opiate. Oxycontin is an opiate. Percocet is an opiate. They can't tell any difference in a drug test. It all comes back as opiates

Mouth swabs are a lot easier to beat. You can buy mouth rinse at headshops, I've heard of people using peroxide. If you have something in your mouth such as candy or gum it can throw the test because you're not supposed to eat or drink for I think like 30 mins before the test. Obviously you would have to keep the candy hidden. I personally have has an ice cube in my mouth and passed, but I don't know how your test works. I would always carry a fountain drink into my methadone clinic with me and when I signed in they would tell me if I had a swab that day and as I would be walking back I would discreetly put the ice cube in my mouth and pass cause all they got was water. Obviously the methadone didn't show up either but then that also worked in my favor because I would say I need my dose raised because it wasn't enough or lasting. I do believe the urine can detect for a longer amount of time. I would go for the swab, but still do your research and good luck.

No one seems to mention using the drinks on here THEY WORK! You can get them at gnc or online or head shops. At gnc u arent suppose to say your using it for drug test just ask for there detox drinks. Trick is drink it about 2 to 3 hours before. Drink a lot of water after. Piss atleast three times before test. You will notice if u drink a bottle of water you piss it out half hour later. After couple pisses you will notice your piss is very light with almost greenish yellow tint thats what you want. And you arent suppise to use 24 hours before test. Ive used them a bunch they work for sure.

What was your trick? I dosed today at midnight so early Wednesday morning. I have a urine test Thursday at 6pm. I'm so nervous. I only had 1 bag. Do I have enough time to drink water and pass on Thursday?

He said 40 hours? Which in itself is remarkable but hey some people have blue eyes some green give yourself a week if their are major consequences behind it!

I had 1 bag on Wednesday and drank a lot of water and then did MMA so I was working out hard. Been drinking. It's now Saturday and i have a test Tuesday morning. Will i pass? I'm sure I will but just get that voice saying u will fail at everything.

Hi, I was an everyday user of heroin for 12 years. During the last 5 years i have been going to a program and they give me suboxone…yesterday and the day before i took 0.5 gr of strong heroin. I woke up after 13 hours. Yesterday i took some more….about half gr but it was totally weak. So i did this after 5 years… How long will it take to pass the urine test i have in 4 days? Is it possible? If i fail the urine test i am dead. I am already prepared to die...anyway…please some advice to pass the test and not to waste the 5 years where i was ok…If my urine test fails i go straight to jail and i'd prefer to die than to go to jail. Please help asap…thank u. FORGOT to say i am 37.....75 kilos.....1.8 meters tall.....and i use after 5 years...thank u

Joe did NOT say 4 hours. He said basically 2 days. 40 hours. Please read carefully. Don't over react like you did. People are looking for answers. Joe's answer is close. 3 days as an active healthy person. Needing to flush with plenty of fluids throughout those 3 days. This is a minimum amount of days. Please do not try to cut it any closer. This is IV use with urine detection test coming up.

I thought of telling the truth to my new pain doc, "yes sir, it's taken me six months and I can't find a doc to prescribe 120mg Oxy per day so I can bathe, walk my dog, clean apt and buy a couple groceries here n there so YES, I've been taking heroin in the meantime! Doc, it doesn't help my back as well as the Oxy but at least my leg pain is gone and I can drive my car. No sir, it doesn't make me feel high and it's weaker than Vicodin so I was pretty sure you wouldn't mind. Anyhow so that's why NAM6 is my urine!" Sure tell the truth and see how far that'll get ya. First Pain Management rule that came out years ago was: Do Not Ask Doc Any Questions, No Good Will Come Of It.

I took methamphetamine and heroin today (Feb. 2 Thus.). I have been clean for 9 months and I relapsed today. And I'm on parole. I Have to take a urine test on Feb 7. Tuesday. Will it be out of my system? What can I do to make sure I'm clean to pass the test?

Was it Iv use? What time Friday? Give it 72 hours. Stay active. Cut out sugar and fat in your diet until test time and seriously do this. Berries/antioxidant fruit in the morning plus vegetables again in the afternoon. With your meals just some regular ol protien. Fish, chicken, steak etc. Don't eat crappie. Lots of damn water. You do this Then you can strut into your test. Always get a drug test kit from rite aid or cvs around $14 so you know what you got when the day approaches

Quit now lol. But methamphetamine is rough, you usually go out on a binge anyway. Certo fruit pectin works well. I have a test tomorrow ha! Fun.

How about if you're taking a bag ($10 worth) a day or every other day for a week straight? Will I still be good for Tuesday at 9:30 am?

I have a 7 panel urine drug test at a lab Monday 02/13/17 at 9am. I last used last Saturday on 2/04/17 at 9am giving me 9 full days between use and test. I used about 8 bags or .8 grams of heroin between that Saturday and the night before (Friday night). I am not a daily or chronic user. I only used during those two days. The lab utilizes urine: immunoassay methodology according to SAMHSA guidelines. I believe heroin which metabolizes quickly (within hours) into morphine has a cut off limit of 3,000ng. Most online forums and searches have varied responses of how long the heroin can be detected in urine: 2-7 days. I have stayed very hydrated and eaten healthy/consistently to help my organs purge the metabolites. Should 9 days be enough to pass the drug test?
