I have been taking pantop 40 for more than 6 years now just when I wake up. I am scared of using the drug for so long and want to stop it but feel sick if I don't take it. Can you please let me know if it is harming me in any way and what other alternative is there. I am obese and suffer from slip disc and severe cramps in my legs when I sleep. Kindly guide. My Mom is 70 years old and she is Diabetic and Hypertensive. She is on Diapride-2, Arbitel H and Atorvastatin av 75 mg along with PAN 40 mg. Even after taking PAN 40 before breakfast every day she doesn't feel relieved of gastritis. Is there any other alternative for PAN 40 in this case?

My friend told me to take pan 40 on an empty stomach. What exactly is this for? ## Try this natural way: Drink good amount of water 1 hr before food. DO NOT DRINK any water for at least 1-2 hr after food. Only if required, take max a sip or so during food thats it. After 2 hrs drink as much water as you like.
