Aspavor can you stop taking it

I was diagnosed with high Cholesterol and put on Aspavor. I believe that it is causing side effects such as high uric acid, fatigue and joint pains. I decided to stop taking the medication and try nutrition and healthy food in stead however I was told this could be dangerous and stopping Aspavor may cause heart attack. According to DailyMed Atrovastatin is a medication to lower cholesterol and Felodipine is used to treat high blood pressure by blocking calcium and relaxing blood vessels.
