it is a large brown oval shaped pill with no label on it or imprint about 1 centimeter for the width an 1 inch for the length it is a light brown/grayish pill ## I would need an imprint in order to correctly identify your pill. There are numerous grayish brown pills that are oval shaped. I did locate this one pill, click here to see a picture of the pill. Does this look like you pill? If so it's vitamin E. The pharmacy gave it as a substitute for methylphenidate 27 mg. oval shaped i-2 brown pill ? red round small pills with 90 on them? ## The I2 tablet contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen, a generic or store brand of Advil or Motrin, commonly used to relieve pain and fever. It is, however, safe to say it is not a legal U.S. prescription medication, as they are all required to have markings under federal law to enable their identification. However, it could be one of a large number of over the counter products or foreign medications. Was it found in the U.S.?

dark brown, shinny, with no letters or numbers, approx. 5/8 long ## I'm sorry, if there are no markings on the tablet, then it will be impossible to positively identify. It could be any on of a number of over the counter items, including Ibuprofen or nutritional supplements. I really wish I could help more.

Found this in a package of what I can not share, but it appeared to be a diamond tablet with a brand name “homll” imprinted (from what I can make out of the text - cursive) and of a red-brown colouring. I’ve done research (minimal) and apparently there’s a Japanese brand that makes the same looking tablets but blue. I do not know why the difference in colour, or what they are even supposed to be used for but I have an idea. The Japanese brand “homll” makes ed pills with the same shape and size of the ones I found but in blue (as mentioned above) with tadalafil. I found this small reddish brownish oval pill shaped and on one side is engraved 54 on it, I've been googling and asking around about it but I just can't seem to find it anywhere on the Internet! My friend has been taking these White diamond shaped pills everyday right before soccer practice, he says they are energy supplements. I took one from him and cut it in half and the white is only a thin layer on the outside the inside is brown speckled with small yellow, dark blue, and black spots. I found a gel-type brown oval shaped pill that has a P inside a white triangle and a "30" on one side of the pill. I found a triangle shaped pill that is thick and has a strong odor that reminds me of garlic but I am not quite sure that is the scent.
