(NDC 0364-0346). ## That is correct, this tablet was manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals, and they listed it as containing 500mgs of Methocarbamol, which is a muscle relaxant that is most commonly used to treat the pain, and spasms associated with muscle strains, and sprains.
