It is a medication from India, recommended for painful neurological problems. Actaminophen/Paracetamol is a Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory, and can include nausea and drowsiness as some of its side effects, so it may be what is causing your problem. I've have been scripted with polynerve 1000 for 14 days after experiencing pain around my buttocks, back of thighs and lower back, starting last night around 2am. Never experienced this b4. I'm 68. Also gabix 300 x3 for 3days. I think the Dr is assuming the pain is neurogenic. I feel like I am floating and this state is taking my mind off the pain. When I walk around it's ok but when I sit and lie down it is there. It may be a weird question but is this normal?

I'm 46 yrs old female. I had an operation last April 15, 2010. THABSO. After that i experienced numbness in my hands especially early in the morning when i wake up. my doctor told to take polynerve 500. But still i feel the numbness , and now i got pain in my neck sometimes im not high blood. and my wrist ache and swollen. Is it ok if i switch from polynerve 500 to meganerve 1000?

I think i need vitamin B12, and I understand that Neurovit is B12 only, without Vitamin B1 and B6. I took B1,B6 and B12 combined but I suddenly experienced tingling/needle-like sensation so stopped taking Supraneuron tablets. ## Have you consulted your doctor to see if you need it?
