TWO TRIANGLES ## The pill you are describing should be 500 mg Metformin for treating type 2 diabetes. The only other detail which would be helpful is if you can confirm that the other side has "500" printed on it, to indicate the dosage. I based the answer off the following imprint: |><| (except vertical instead of horizontal), then 4331 The hourglass logo represents the manufacturer IVAX.

I found this pill in my living room. It has 255 printed on the right side, and what looks like an upside down 1 on the left side. The back is black. It looks just like Butalb (MIA 106), which I take for headaches, but the imprint is totally different. Any ideas? Thanks. ## Hi Juno, Carvedilol 6.25mg made by Solco Healthcare is the closest match I've seen here. This particular tablet is white and oval shaped with the number 255 on one side and blank on the back. For verification, it carries a National Drug Code of 43547-255-10. I wish I could be of more help, but as a last resort it may be best to take this tablet into your local pharmacy and/or have its contents analyzed by a lab. I do find it strange that specific details relating to your pill description are no where to be found. ...

White oblong oval pill with marking 93-430 on one side and blank on the other; I think it is possibly a generic for Vicodin ## No, this is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals, they are the ones that use the 93 imprint, though they are phasing it out and they don't have any products on the market, at this time, that contain Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone. I also can't find anything listed in their U.S. product catalog that has the number 430 on it, I also tried other variations. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? The 93 denotes it as prescription product manufactured by them, but I suspect that it may be a foreign import, or perhaps an older discontinued tablet. ## It's a proxy tablet from back in the day around 2000-2005. ## A white oblong (capsule-shaped) pill marked 93...

What's red to one person may be pink to the next and etc. As to this tablet, I actually can't find any listings for an oval/oblong one with this marking and I've tried several databases. I just got my refill for Losartan with 113 on one and S on the other side, so I'm wondering if this is the right one? My pills are usually green and oval shaped. ## Anita, I can confirm that a white round pill with the imprint 113 HH is Losartan Potassium 100 mg. (NDC code 16571-502). Although I am a bit confused because in your message you are also saying that your refill contained pills with the imprint 113 S which also happens to be another brand of Losartan Potassium 100 mg (NDC code 43547-362). It is common to see the same generic drug manufactured by many different companies, thereby taking different appearances. Can you please share any other details? Which pills did in fact appear in your refill? The ones described in the title of this page, or in your message?

When I refilled my perscription for Trazadone, I though the pills looked different. they are small white round pills with a split line and PLIVA 433 stamped on them. The old ones were oval I think.
