ive been taking the 10/500 mg loratab I was changed to the Norco 10/325 this month...and it feels like im taking aleve it does nothing for my pain I understand the the switch for the acc but is the pain meds the same...I don't think so ## Hello, Angelia! I have both pills, m 367 and watson 853, the pharmacy ran out of one so split it with the 853. Anyway I have been taking norco for over 2 years and for some reason neither seem to work for my pain.
