White, round, twice the size of an aspirin, stamped with AZ, then 036 underneath. No scoring on pill. Need identification! ## AZ 036 is an antacid packaged under the Edwards Medical Supply brand. It comes in large industrial size boxes, with individual dose packets within. The active ingredient is Calcium Carbonate 420mg. ## I forgot to mention that it is a chewable.

It's a round shape and a light purple color with GG 036 imprinted on it. It was supposed to be a wellbutrin refill. ## The marking is actually GG 930 and it does contain 100mgs of Bupropion, the active ingredient in Wellbutrin, which is an antidepressant that is also used to help with smoking cessation. How often may this product be applied? ## Hello, Penny! How are you? These are listed by Walgreens as just being lubricating drops for dry eye, so the instructions are to use as needed. Short of using the entire bottle in a day, I don't think you'll really overdo it, unless your doctor has said otherwise. The FDA lists the most common side effects as possibly including eye redness, irritation and tearing. Is there anything else I can help with?

The M 357 and M 367 are indicative of Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone bitartrate by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. Both are white "oblong" (capsule-shaped) pills with the M3XX imprint on one side and scored on the back.
