I'm 27 weeks pregnant and I took bioflu once. Are there any side effects? I'm worried about my baby. And are there any meds that I can take when I have flu and cold? ## A few days ago I had a cold & flu so I took Bioflu 3x a day (for 4 days). Biogesic is safe and given for fever and mild pain. It could be taken with or without food. I suggest you eat frequently or small frequent meal if you have history of acute gastritis.

If you have a cold or flu, the BioFlu should be enough to help, if your doctor approves of your taking.
